Then watch me. The problem is, as soon as there is a CV in game, the teammates refuse to do anything about tyhat DD - except cry for CV. I have even had it, in the Ryujo when carrying AP-bombs: I spotted the DD for them with fighters,, and they didn't even shoot but start cursing. Well, I already have zero karma anyway...

I'll try, but on my replay there is NO STUTTER visible. But... some in my clan are streamers - they might be able to grab THAT replay from Twitch (which will show the stutters). Also - @El2aZeR masterrrr any stutters there? I'm quite sure you know how to grab them on video. We need to find that three-legged server hamster.

It just happens a LOT more lately. One more thing I saw, your team has 3 caps, the enemy (10 ships) run to map border... Nobody does anything... guess how that ended.

Also, in a CV he doesn't "just sit there unharmed and remove whatever needs removal to win, destroyers. " I've seen him in action. He gets as close as he can, and then just deletes EVERYTHING.

@MrConway - vanilla game here, lots of clanmates also complaining. This weekend game unplayable, what you shoot at suddenly moves so you miss, what you try to avoid suddenly hits. Things are not where they seem to be, too. Every micro-stutter this is notable. Game is out of sync. BTW (and @Karasu_Hidesuke) my FPS is well above 75 got plenty resources available. It's not me. Tried WG-check and everything, no solution. Seems to me you have a three-legged server hamster somewhere.

The T6 premium is kinda funny. Not really strong IMO (might be me though), I'd take Ark Royal or Ryujo FTW (in CB too). I'd say comparable to Furious, sort of. And yes it doesn't uptier well at all, also. But... it is fun (well from the Cv-player POV). Ah ah ah. Watch out or you'll almost agree with @Beastofwar. I did the same on the T6 premium though, because... well... LOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!

I'd not want to compare it to Enty... if it keeps up, it will go the same way too (X-mas gamble boxes). How does it hold up vs other T8s?

Yeah the silver one is rather MEH indeed. Premium one is better, but depends on how "good" you are. But I'd still take Ark Royal and Ryujo over it, and as I know how you fare with Ark Royal - do not buy this one.

... this is because "citadel hit" just means you get full max damage... on a rocket. It still is a rocket, and not a 16 inch AP shell. Those cannot even do 5 cits to a cruiser (it would be as dead as dead can be). Oh, t even the HE bombs can do citadels though. Poor Emerald....

Probably that is a mod (like the calm, flat seas). But also it is because he flies in full throttle. He avoids the flak, and then he gets through it as quickly as possible. Note that he doesn't lose many planes.

Funny. I prefer the Ark Royal but that's just me. If you want OP powaaaa, take Ryujo. It's mainly a cruiser-killer, DDs are gonna be a problem so watch them if they do not try to creep up on you. And yes, should give the poor Ranger a bit of attention... I did the @Beastofwar build on it, it is hilarious. TopTier sums it up nicely, however you won't have many games like that (cruisers not angling, DDs being stupid standing still between rocks...).

That's for sure, though it will be quite predictable what will happen if they do not fix them up. I think how they did it now is a step. Now fix stuff, and do it again. EDIT: might even add, that (if unfixed) the results will be EXACTLY the same as on the test server. After a few weeks, about 80% will be b0ts and the rest will be subs - and the single nutcase that pressed the wrong button.

Yeah, I agree on the time factor. But some maps are quite small in lower tiers. Already decided I think is doubtful. I have seen many games where they just play hide-behind-waifu-and-see(not) for the first 10 minutes. And let's be fair, we all know where most CVs go to park (we played these maps 100 times or more). I compare it to, if the reds have 2 BBs, and you can take them out, should you? Abandoning the game - well, see below. If one of those CVs would have been you (or me) that DD would have been dead. That is indeed the thing, how useful were they in the first place? I agree. But the thing is - I find that useless CVs can do nothing else than hunt DD. I see them often. Once the DDs are dead they are useless. If the team kills the DD, they end with 5k score (..>!!!! yes really). They cannot hunt cruisers or BBs (they eat all the flak and miss everything). So, useless CV tends to be even more of a nasty to DDs. Then, as a DD vs useless CV... what will you do? knowing that you will be the one and only target he goes for. Abandoning the game, is it that, or not? You can't do any DD-stuf anyway as you are the (only) CV target. I'm doubting.

...well, if you can get TWO of them, IMO it is worth it. Because with two of those you would not stand much chance of doing the normal DD job anyway. And now he has killed two fat piñatas, and given free reign to his own CV, and freed up space to do DD jobs (for others, too). I think he has "won the game" there, or at least contributed in a big way. I doubt if he'd make that happen every time though. I mean, TWO of them, close together, and they couldn't (didn't) kill one DD. Sjeeezz. You could argue that if they are that dumb maybe they'd not be a problem anyway.

Well, he is very very good - I have no doubt that in any other ship those DDs would have died too. But maybe they'd have lived slightly longer. The point is not that he kills those DDs that quickly. The point is he does it without him getting affected in the slightest way.

He's actually not claiming it's not messed up. He is stating that it is a pile of horse manure. And showing that he is right when he's asked to do so (and then they do not appreciate, LOL). In fact if you pay attention and follow what he says you can gitgud - even I can, well sort of.

Just seen @Muppeteer in his Alsace, while I was in Smolly (the Trollibote, hihihi I know I should't but well). Entertaining game, me and divmate decided we'd troll the C-cap since a poor Östergöttland wanted to go there. Of course we met a buncgh of enemies (we were outnumbered) and they killed the DD. But we trolled them goooodddd. They did make a torpedo soup though and I ate one, taking half my HP. Still farmed 50K (well... not much but it was quick and dirty). We won it quite easily and ended up chasing the Yugomo.

Ah well, THAT is probably very much true. (probably should spend my coal to get a Thunderer, to counter the upcoming wave of Slavas).

OK, let's just agree they need changes. He knows we think sort of alike. Discussing details is kinda futile, sometimes.
