I honestly expected a big type of rant about how terrible of a player I am and that I can only play cv and only do it to pad my ego or something but this was rather objective so thanks for that. Im working and I think quite successfully so to make my surface ship stats look proper unicum in the winrate department but it takes time and I just enjoy playing CVs the most. I believe its simply pressure. They pressure themselves so much that even while sidecoaching they stop hearing you. Its like they get into a trance of failure. Their mind can not connect to their functions of real life reasoning inside the instance of gaming. And as soon as my described case saw the ingame chat he completely disconnected from the game happenings and connected the chat and all of its content to his person so it affected him so much that he lost track of the game again

I had a talk with another similar player. They are nice and intelligent people and you can have great conversations with them but for some reason as soon as they are in the game they seem to lose sight so to say of how things work. The game just seems to complex somehow and they have a hard time imagining outcomes. I tested it a little is fascinating. Play CV yourself and see that it works quite well depending on the ship you attack. It mostly depends on how good the CV player plays however. A Zao with DFAA and sector is not really that threatening for example. However other shiptypes can hurt a CV player. Most CV players are bad and lose their planes all over the place. Usually AA is never strong enough to make you completely immune
