This discussion has been had so often already. Its always the same answer though and probably the only one which produces results. You have to fight the issue by the roots not try to break a small twig like WG off the massive tree of predatory monetization. Yes you are affected here right now and probably its the only game you currently play that might do what WG is doing but that doesn't mean that you should try to change WG or try to regulate WG. You have to work towards regulating the monetization that is used by many more in even worse ways than what WG is doing. That can only be done by government intervention and that is why it is so damn difficult to get this under control. Every company that produces endless digital goods that doesn't use this monetization scheme is literally losing money, whoever wants to stay morally grounded is going to make losses. Donald Trump just recently introduced NFTs (this isn't political as im talking about his goods and trade) and they all sold out, it was more than 40m dollars he made on people who are easy to scam. Why not do it if its so easy? Diablo Immortal made as much money in the first week with their gambling schemes as WG makes in half a year probably. If WG didn't do what they do they would make maybe 1/10 of the money they make right now.

Some players don't want to be associated with certain clan names by principle. The bonuses are so low for veterans that they really don't matter. Disabling Clan invites could be handy. I just recently after playing just one battle on one of my alt accounts instantly got multiple invites and it really is annoying if it happens after every single battle. Yes nice of you to look at MM Monitor and to see that im purple, no I don't want to join your casual grey clantag that doesn't even know what discord is thanks. Why would WG be so generous? Their goal is to make money after all You should be happy that they allow so many cosmetic items for free (credits). In most other games you always have to pay real money for all sorts of skins (especially in f2p games)

There are a lot of them which you can now get for credits. It's similiar to being permanent given how easy it is to earn credits. you select the cammo you want, then you see the cost in credits, select "auto purchase" while having it equipped and the ship will always resupply whenever you run out so you can technically use them as long as you like.

It's moving new birthdays into the system and the migration, since it hasn't ended yet adding more into it probably confuses it in some way causing conflicts. It's not a lie when WG answered one of the guys in this topic that they are testing how it runs and that's why some got their birthday stuff and others didn't. It makes sense. So I believe it is definitely not a terrible idea. Yeah I know everyone wishes for it to be some more sinister thing but in the end it might really just be because of the transfers. It doesn't change the fact that it's sad and terrible for the people who planned around it and WG definitely should compensate people who are affected for it but regardless it is how it is.

At the moment you can not transfer from EU to NA. Someone asked just last month on this forum and got told that it is not possible right now and it's indefinite if it will be opened again. Apparently due to technical constraints. You can look it up yourself.

Just complete as much of the free pass as you can and then decide to buy the premium in the last days of it being available? You won't miss the rewards that way and can decide in time if you can reach 50 or not without wasting doubloons

That is what WG builds on though. It doesn't matter if they do it consciously what matters is that it fits WG perfectly.

WG gets nothing out of my repeating that its likely related to technical issues, I also don't get anything for it. and that is in my believe the one of many viable methods to make WG rethink and it can work if enough people do it as you do or even worse, quit playing. Only this can change how WG approaches the game. But as long as people are ready to support Superships so much that they are willing to bet 250m credits on supership early releases it is unlikely that this reality will ever change for the better as its clear the community supports what WG does. (yes I know its probably a hasty conclusion but it's scary how big the minimum bets were.)

because CV is a class and superships are a whole tier. Its not what WG "can" do but what they WANT to do. I'm not defending WG btw. I'm saying that its meaningless to gather ideas in what WG "could" do when WG has other plans. I think much more important is the question of how will you deal with what WG wants? Clearly CVs and subs went in without the community having much say. Superships is the same story. So how do you and I don't mean you specifically deal with what WG wants? Because there is no alternative reality where WG did what you want them to be able to. So superships are now t11. Sera already confirmed this to be pretty much the right way to view it in the forums in a past topic. So with that they will keep +2/-2 MM. So what will you do with that fact? What could be does not matter here. What matters is how it is.

Im talking about in a game sense not in a balance sense. WG intends them to be that so they are that. How much stronger they are in this doesn't matter to them as they force it to be as if t11. Thats what it is and what everyone who presses the battle button with t9 has to accept now. There is no way around it besides returning to port, quitting the game and so on. Simple. Its not about what I think and you think should be, would be better and so on. The same story with subs and CVs.
