The government also profits from companies selling lootboxes due to the tax cuts they take from those sales. It's a source of money. You are asking then to turn down free money. A small nation like Belgium can possibly afford the little amount of losses but as Copium said, they allow gambling elsewhere instead.

I am with you on the point of old stats don't matter, your recent performance clearly shows you being on a Unicum level consistently. However Sunleader is playing a closed Beta account. He can't have rerolled. You can't get such a title or account if you reroll. And even if he rerolled all those years ago by now it's clear that his skill ceiling is reached for the amount of effort he put into the game. And as it seems it has been the same from the point he started till now and I'm 100% sure he can easily do Unicum + if he committed. I played and talked with him in VC before and I know he is capable but doesn't see the reason to. So I don't think it's accurate to tell him that he sucks or felt the need to reroll. I think also that he approached you wrong. I hope you both don't go deeper into the personal attacks stuff it's really not necessary for etiher of you.

This is true and that is why you need to make sure the situation allows for such a move. I also can't magically do that when 3 enemies are ready to shoot me. I did a few risky sub kills before and I have those on video too but all those were calculated by myself and my experience to be safe enough. Sadly many players see a sub and tunnelvision on it, suiciding right into it.

Why don't you just stop with these weird ideas and play properly? Changing ammo type takes to long even with expert loader for when an opportunity presents itself. Always shoot AP unless the only viable target is a BB that is tanky against your AP and nose in. This usually only happens in higher tiers too

I can answer that. These players don't understand that enemy ships move. They believe concealed ships pop into existance and when they go dark they disappear. They can't grasp the concept that while the ships aren't visible that those ships move. So they wait for a red ship to pop up near them or the fight in the front to finish. Once their teammates die and no red ship pops up near them they start moving because they believe that the red ships probably only appear when they get closer.

Yes its very situational.

It's simply a matter of how capable is the type of DD to torp a BB is it from stealth, does it need to be spotted before it can torp, does it have torps in the first place and so on. A Hayate will have a hard time winning against a BB simply because of the very long torp reload, same for smalland, it just can't kill the BB fast enough and will be bullied out of the caps. A Kleber/marceu can be kited. Not every DD can win against a BB solo. It's just how it is. Yet no one cares about that.
