Impossible. You restore 1 plane per minute. Game has 20minutes. You can restore 60 at best if you lose a plane from the start. Math

Mate i hold a planekill record on EU on Yamato on a non AA build against 2 t10 CVs (109planekills) and didnt feel the urge to drop a thread. Yes i survived and got a kraken. CV planes are not infinite. There are alot of fighter summoned planes killed in those screenshots.

I have similiar experiences. Gearing vs Shimakaze With the gearing i am a total waste to my team. No idea why but that DD i cant make it work. I tried but it's not happening. But when i play Shimakaze i can totally do stuff. I'm not yet unicum level on shima but i ranked out with a winrate in Shimakaze at 59% which is higher then my random battle shima winrate. A boat considered by many to have become kind of obsolete is my absolute boat. If i play BBs except for a few anomalies i'm absolutely terrible. No discussions needed,despite me knowing map awareness and all that i just play them so badly its not even funny. I have all the knowledge about what to do and what not to but translating it into a game outside my comfort zone (CV).. not possible

Hakus only reason for doing so are AP bombs. Everything else about Haku is trash and you know it. And one out of 3 t10 CV hardly speaks for the overal state of CVs. Same as Enterprise alone cant be used to call the Implacable op. I also find it quite funny how most people who got ruined by haku didn't even see it coming. A maneuvering Cruiser is near impossible to blap as a Haku but island camping meta of course lead to it overperfoming.

There is no point in discussing. Ranked has shown that CVs actually aren't as powerful as the majority depicts them to be. Yes under the context of random battles they are still OP but it can be tweaked. Everything else is just talk about feelings and subjective observations. There is no need repeating points tbh and you should consider just leaving the anti CV crowd alone at this point. More nerfs directed at CV are about to come in form of increased AA effectiveness. There is nothing to discuss anymore. WG has also stated mutliple times now that CVs arent going to be removed or reworked again. So theres that too.

You already get a squadron to control for 2 more minutes after your hull dies. You can still fire it's weapons or instead spot.

Why

Stalingrad never felt like a real problem in ranked. It usually never had targets to shoot at and real problems to get out of the position it ankered itself to. Rank 5+ was heavy BB meta so the stalin mostly was an ineffectice pick since the few cruisers that were around were always behind cover. As i pöayed half of ranked as a shima the 12km radar is short enough to just dodge the incoming fire long enough until radar finishes and then completely wreck parked stalins or their BB support.
