Hayate if you build her for gun reload is likely going to be the best DD for gunfights maybe only losing to harugumo. She will still have good torps with high alpha but those aren't as important anyways for what she was made. Hayate is definetly not a hybrid. Her strength are her guns.

A Torpedo attack run will always take around 8 seconds, considering immunity period, U turn and heal usage he loses at least 3 planes on first drop appoach, puts up heal, still loses 1 more plane, drops second time and then loses the rest instantly. A third drop absolutely impossible. The second drop is already highly questionable.

Hello. I have played around with my secondary build tirpitz lately and they just aren't enough to kill that DD 8 km away from me. My guns are turned towards the kiting Amagi at all times and then DD pops by my side. I of course use WASD hax to dodge torps and hope my secondaries which are the selling point of tirpitz kill the DD Also my torps never reach it what's the point. So idea is since my fighter plane does nothing anyway how about balance it to engage the DD? That would help many BB players deal with that invisible threat against CV fighter is useless anyway. So make fighter plane with rockets engage DD's please so I didn't spend my money for nothing.
