It would make the game to difficult for the already kind of challenged playerbase. The game can be fairly complicated as it is and most of the things we experienced players know was learned by experiencing them in battle. There is no big study guide for all of Wows. Adding more complexity might kill the game.

The names or hp plates above the ships are essential for target selection and focus fire however and that leaves WG no choice but to use the current detection system.

There should be an article written in German around as I assume you are German? It should make it easier to understand. Make sure the web page of Wows is set to German for you.

I'm just happy that people who won't get the ship at least get the usual little goodies for free during directive completion. Maybe there will be another free permacammo mixed in?

Remember please that if Wargaming decided to give out doubloons instead of credits for the Graf Spee those same doubloons would either be able to be used to complete the Odin "for free" or the Odins price would be set higher. All in all their explanations in comparison to PR are much better this time so let's hope there won't be many changes in difficulty regarding completion criteria of directives.

That is indeed possible. But overdoing it might have the reverse effect. I'm not telling you what you can and can't do don't get me wrong. Just use those methods in a well timed manner.

How to citadel guide?

What changed everything for me regarding getting consistent citadel is aiming a bit above waterline. That way the Shells that tend to fall short more often than not land in the citadel instead and if not I at least get more Shells to do normal pen damage which is hard hitting too if enough connect -

We share feelings about that. But if you meet the right Player as CV opposition you will quickly realize that even the smart mitigation options you can deploy against the average or slightly better CVs won't help you in the slightest. That's why most of the posters on this forum hate CVs. Because against truly skilled CV players there really isn't much one can do but take a beating or delay the inevitable. -

To be honest it wouldn't be a bad thing for FD'R to be spammed because then at least the CVs that are in the match will not really be a threat to any ship around. -
The numbers are yet to get stable and they won't in the near future. At the moment since COVID they are inflated and they will continue to be inflated after release of FDRoosevelt and the German CVs. Only after all that calmss down the numbers will actually start to be worth evaluating.

Then the best option is to save the fxp. It's no good if you can't enjoy the ship with certain game elements influencing it to much.

To be fair T7 and t9 usually see the least amount of CV. So if you can figure out how to not make yourself a vulnerable target for the CV in the rare cases you play against them Nelson will be great for you. As you said. You need a UK trainer and Nelson is just that. The Superheal Is absolutely incredible for T7. You won't need the speed if you park the Nelson on the flank where the enemy is pushing. Your tanking is outstanding and you will be at the right place to delay them as much as possible.

Sadly the Nelson's torpedo belt is pretty much non-existant meaning you take high torp alpha damage which will be unhealable like citadel damage. It's a major disadvantage.

I disagree. That's not the case when I'm playing the ships. But that might be to high of a measurement for many players and is also off topic. So if you want tips or advice on how to be less vulnerable yourself or discuss this with me further open your own topic or send me a private message. Thanks

The AA usually doesn't go through mountains is why ambushes with planes behind them works so well. Of course if island isn't high enough it's a different story. -

I was the midway in testing. Just so you guys know. By the time he finished to drop 4 times (FD. R) WITH ONE DB squadron I already finished my 4 drops with dbs and already had another new squad on site. -
