yes exactly and on top of that they have faster torps with short aim time while dropping 3 torps for lower alpha. but the increased torp hit rate due to fast and short aim time make them strong. They are hard to use because of very squishy planes however and ap rockets still need to be figured out by experts first. -
If you were rude in the "bad interaction" which was private and it got reported then you received the 1 week ban (which is manually assigned by WG staff after review) because of the private convo

I suspect they will be viable but are needed to be played by highly skilled CV players. Otherwise stay away from them. High skillceiling. -
Just don't be rude in chat and if you need to be rude don't be so frequently. The automated chatban system bans you after accumulating... let's call it a score. If a certain point is reached the ban is handed out automatically. But ingame chat is moderated after reports are offered and a WG ingame Moderator can ban you even before the automatic score is reached if they seem fit considering the severity of your offense/words used to describe the players you are interacting with.

It's just rinse repeat for us CV players. Every game feels the same. Since CV play and surface play is so disconnected it never felt like unique interactions happen. It's always the same thing. The same AA dps hits your planes. the same dodging maneuvers are performed. The lineup of drops is the same every time. RNG in between all this doesn't make it more exciting and clutch drops never felt like something skillful since its just tied to luck many times. Overall it felt like playing spotting bot and communicator. As FC and CV player the only thing interesting was watching the minimap develop and sometimes despair set in once it was clear that the map control is about to be lost. Success never felt like a big accomplishment for a CV player since most of the work is in the hands of the surface players. After 310 battles I just felt like I was going the same thing over and over and flight time between drops was spend eating snacks or watching YouTube while listening to spotting requests by clanmates. not very exciting

those numbers are just there to prove that I in fact played these games with mostly CVs present otherwise this avg wouldn't be possible in a ship like Yukikaze. Secondly have you ever heared of fighter planes having low hp and AA sector that does % based damage regardless of how bad AA is? You have no clue about these things is why you can't comprehend another player doing well against CV's in literally the worst t8 DD that can be possibly taken for such an environment (ok le fantasque and terrible are possibly worse picks)

No I won't send you any of that. I have enough players who can tell you how I go about playing this ship. Im simply amused by you trying to somehow find a way to explain how I do it in this ship and going out of your way to try to expose me playing in certain special ways to make my stats look the way they are. It's hilarious. I will tell you a secret... I git gud.

You can't expect more planes killed with a ship that has 50dps per second and 2.5km AA range LOL

Helps me with fighters? Oh no. Surely not. Here is my T8 Yukikaze. It's a Kagero clone with 2.5km aa range. Pay attention to the average planes killed by me per battle. I division with CVs on purpose with this ship. And then there is all the other DDs I play that work very well for me. Not as good as I play CV but that is to be expected.

I actively seek out CV games while playing DDs myself. Clearly there is something I must be doing right in my DDs despite the constant CV influence around me. And yes. Being a CV main helps in playing DD against them.

They are indeed here to stay. How long you can endure it? I have no idea. I can understand you being frustrated since I also get frustrated about certain other things in the game. I guess we all have issues with the game in some corners. CV isn't one for me personally however. So I will happily continue playing it and playing against it for as long as it holds up. And I suppose you will have to suffer under my influence then. Sorry in advance.

I played Shoukaku yesterday. There was a Kagero on the enemy team being very nice wishing us all good luck and a good game. Smug me replied "No u" and he didn't take me serious. So I flew over to him and first blooded him with my rocket squadron. He started smoking when he reached 3k hp but it was to late. I would blame him not pulling the smoke faster :D

Hello Crysantos, Here are suggestions for changes about CVs in general to reduce their influence on the outcome of CBs. Introduce a rearming cooldown to squadrons recently used as it was present in the pre rework. Remove the plane regeneration until the squadron type this applies to is depleted or falls below 50% of the deck capacity. If it is depleted or falls below 50% deck capacity resume plane regeneration. Increase the speed at which rocket planes travel by at least 50% of their current speed to make it harder for them to strike DDs. Adjust their plane HP relative to the speedgain to keep AA as effective as before against them. Make Fighter plane summons cooldown activate right after the button press with a 3second lockon timer.This will make interceptions easier and will make it actually possible to actively interfere with the enemy CVs dropping patterns. Make the aiming reticle of all squadrons close in slower the more ships AA they are currently influenced by. (1 ship it closes 10% slower, 2 it closes 20% slower and so on, under DFAA it closes up to a maximum of 50% slower) Make it possible for any ship with a heal to also during the CD duration restore health on their AA mounts. Decrease the spotting cone of all aircraft. This will make it much easier to be missed by CV spotting especially for DD players. Introduce a spotting cooldown like on Radar for CV spotting so the ships don't render instantly for the team. This will also buy time for DDs or cruisers to make a turn to avoid incoming fire before they are actually spotted.

Let the enemy DD get the cap. Let him think that he is safe and let him come towards your team and then ambush him. The enemy team most times will only be able to support during capping. Most DDs abandon safety of the team after they notice cap wasn't contested and start stalking. Ambush him then. You have great guns, heal and fast torps. basically all the tools to win that fight. Afterwards retake the cap.
