It is but any sort of insult even if the context per se isn't insulting will net you a ban. If you talk smart without the need to use problematic words or name calling a chatban won't happen. I can assure you that I'm toxic and sarcastic as hell in ingame chat but the last time I was chatbanned is a long time ago now because I stopped using insults.

this pretty much sums it up.

There is a reason why I hold a plane kill record in Yamato. I met 2 of those CV players. It was a double t10 CV match. They went for me all game and I killed 109? planes. In a Yamato... while managing a kraken.

..... Don't remind me pls.

CVs are overpowered because of the level of influence they have compared to all other classes. It is easier for bad players to have high / less influence in CVs compared to every other class meaning a bad player in surface ships can be a 60% WR CV player (which is still not good, it's the bare minimum you should be able to do) or a bad player can be much worse in CVs than any other class. When we say "CVs are OP" we talk about the class as a whole not individual tiers or ships. It is safe to say however that every single CV except for Indomitable is pretty much overpowered. If we judge by players like El2a who has 5k more battles in CVs than I do he pretty much reached the highest part of the skill ceiling which will go higher the harder WG makes CVs to play with more nonsense. So what is so OP about CV's? It's the ability to not let surface ships get away to regroup. Their ability to pretty much kill or shut down game makers meaning players with highly influential positions. Sometimes those are DDs. Sometimes those are certain cruisers in difficult to dislodge positions. A CV can make those choices and always adapt and change their target, their approach. And then the CV has to many different tools to adapt a new way to fullfill this goal of hindering or killing a highly influential target. On top of that surface ships barely have options to truly deny the CV this godlike influence and match control without being ineffective themselves. Meaning if I play DD against a recognized good CV player I need to play slower and more cautious while still trying to not let the influence I as a DD player should bring be diminished to much. I don't ever have to change up in such a way when playing against any other class than CV. And then one more thing, the state of AA currently is such as that there is no real counter to a CV strike. There are many exploits and little tricks a CV player can use to minimize planelosses and retain high strike damage potential over the whole match. A surface ship that isn't relying on teammates is barely capable to defend themselves against the CV alone. Factor in the CVs teammates being another factor to worry about and it becomes clear that this additional omnipotence the CV has that can come on any time the surface ship is about to do a great play just to stop or hinder it from happening and you have the answer as to why CVs are OP. Why do CVs not feel OP to most players who try them however? Because you need practice. You need to make sure that you don't practice mistakes. You need a lot of battles and you need to fail to know what works and what doesn't. It takes time to execute nearly perfectly as far as being able to call it RNG manipulation due to experience. Many don't find the gameplay fun enough to commit that hard so they don't see or understand how CVs are OP.

321 PR im 8 battles in midway.... what

You play that troll card so hard its quite cringe. Yes it doesn't matter when you post. All you do is parrot El2as agenda while being subpar at what you do. And then those most hilarious statements like "Kill a Halland in any CV" when in reality you mean "spot halland until my div mates shoot him". Hilarious. BTW I only included the Midway screenshot because it was a close quarters kill on the Halland. Doesn't happen every day that I blast one of them with my hull while capping. But you saw red instantly being triggered and read way to deeply into it. For you I don't even need to troll you are salty by default.
-
Of course it isn't. Why are you bragging about it constantly then? Also no, I'm not trolling. I made it very clear on my earlier posts today but obviously you missed it.
-
What? I never said a CV can't kill a Halland alone. I only said "you" can't do it. I can. :)
-
CVs aren't OP? all 7 midway games solo today, Haku carry against Hurricane div, Killing a Halland with Midway secondaries because HurrDurr capping B cap in Midway because why not? And the Youtube Video shows how easy it is to not only decimate the enemy team but cap at the same time in shoukaku not one but 2 caps in the middle of the match. Nahhh CV is totally not OP

WG, do you want to know what's wrong with your game?
Yosha_AtaIante replied to HassenderZerhacker's topic in General Discussion
You noticed. I got rusty it seems :/ -
I demand you stop calling us CV mains cowards. I especially am always VERY CLOSE to the action even going as far as to steal caps from DDs

I usually don't use those. I like to spread positivity and positive reactions -

weren't you supposed to quit the game? I mean you announced you are quitting 2 times already. -
I wouldnt have killed you without my division even with the torps because Öland is a glorious piece of wheelchair. And yes. You would have looked much better in shoukaku... doesn't help that It was me that pushed that Kaga on you q_q But it was nice seeing you in Kaga once
-
I remember it so well because you hit me for 10k with one tiny Tim strike back when reticle was still normal and one where only one rocket hit me for around 12k total dmg. And you were angry in discord about the Halland who didn't do crap, even posted a replay of it which I watched for context. He was derping at map border literally doing nothing being pink. Yes you focused the side your team was winning on. The map was Atlantic. Your team went hard on C as did 9 of my teammates. My division went A cap met little resistance and capped it then went towards B but at that point half of my team was dead already. There was nothing we could do to turn the match anymore because the only ship that was dead on your team was the ones we killed on A when we capped. It was lost already is why we at least tried to kill your Kaga. You only attacked me once you had reasonable support. Correct decision making obviously.
-
On the match where you think I wasn't useful (smalland) I actually killed a Yueyang and capped A cap, killed another BB later on even though you took like 12k off my hp. The Kaga match was truly special. You ignored me because you recognized I wasn't much of a threat until we actually got close to kill you because as you said, your team left you behind. A Seattle turned around is when you came in with DBs but dispersion was typical Kaga level dispersion. Seattle popped radar and finished me. The game was lost for our team at that point anyway because my division of 3 was last ships alive anyway in like 7 minutes?
-
We met but you didn't kill me in any of them and one where I was in smalland there was a Halland on your team that sabotaged your match by doing nothing which my team won so it doesn't count. The match where we met in which I was Öland my team collapsed completely, we nearly killed your Kaga with our division and I died to a Seattle radar. I don't count this one because you were a Kaga. Like wtf are u supposed to do LOL

Yes I agree sorry I kind of focused to much on the concealment. So yes they are harder to spot but not necessarily harder to get attack runs on. Your planespeed is lower in lower tiers meaning you have more time to lineup a run. With smart usage of boost and certain techniques (initiating rocket attacks 90° on while not losing accuracy) you can start attack runs on any DD as you first spot them. But this doesn't mean that you will deal devastating damage to the DD. A DD going bow in or reversing fully angled can still mitigate damage. So when you get more experienced and master more ways to initiate rocket attacks from unfavorable angles it will be possible to get better damage in. Usually you do more damage the more mistakes the enemy DD makes.
-
A Shima with full CE and upgrade air concealment isn't 3.4km however but around 2.7km. Mutsuki being t5 as in so low that 0.2 compared to t10 halland barely makes a difference as in rocket arming time in low tiers is also lower to compensate (as is planespeed which plays a role in how close you can be to start an attack with boost). Overall air concealment stays in the same region on all DDs with CE and later adding the concealment upgrade.
-
it stays the same on all tiers (air detection).

@El2aZeR and me never went into training room though so he didn't. Also just because I agree on CVs being OP doesn't mean that I'm wrong. And you are overestimating your skill. If it's not a problem to you to kill hallands why avoid me then?
-
You are being highly dishonest when saying "you can kill Halland in any CV". It's not you who kills it its your teammates who need to kill it for you. Forgot to mention that in your brag. Also killing potat hallands in randoms is hardly an achievement. Meanwhile I can just kek on your Halland in training room without a team. But I can understand why you would want to avoid this after all you aren't on that level yet.
-
because last time we went into training room together you embarrassed yourself really badly. Better not let that happen again.
