I'm certain it checks like this. Chance to get Makarov 50% if it fails it checks duca for 50%, if it fails again it check Viribus Unitis for 50% that way the chance to get any of those is very high. When one of those is gotten it checks in the same way again. for example you got duca and pull another ship: Check 50% for Makarov, if fail check 50% for viribus, if fail check 50% for next special ship

All people need to do is inform themselves instead of screaming "court" and "lawyer" for crap that's been around forever now. Pointless screeching. What WG did is very likely that Example: Chance to roll a ship: 5% If a ship is rolled Chance to roll t6 40% t7 35% t8 15% t9 10% So if t6 is rolled then Chance for Makarov/Duka, California 50% Chance to get any ship besides either of those 3 in t6 50% this is not Shortlist. It's just prioritizing certain ships with higher droprate

They didn't acknowledge the existence of a shortlist just mentioning high drop rate. A shortlist is non existent if you can still get other ships not on the list.

Yeah let's start modifying what "shortlist" means. Higher drop rates for certain things in loot boxes are standard, perfectly normal and something you won't be able to complain about when compared to a shortlist which ships you are guaranteed to get before any other. In a higher drop rate case you are still able to recieve a Missouri before a Makarov it lucky therefore its different than a shortlist. But go ahead. Transform "shortlist" into "higher drop rate" and lose all basis you had to complain.

You are confusing them. flags can not be selected to restock for credits. You have to buy them in the armory for credits. You get 2x 50% off coupon and 2x 25% off for signals per month I think so you can buy around 80 det flags for around 5 - 6m credits

Doblons only get used if the field where I marked pink is checked. Flags get resupplied if the thing is "enabled" as you have it

no it doesn't automatic reequip is separate.

There is a checkbox that you can use which disables them using doubloons.

Biggedt Problem is that this is being preached to a minority of the playerbase. The real culprits don't frequent this forum.
