yes I do, I barely play Wows because atm not interested and other games have priority. I will come back for CBs and sometimes to play with friends. I care because I'm interested in why you attempt it in the first place. It's low energy and low effort to type on a game forum but expecting the same to do any change and be honest, there are not nearly enough voices on this forum and on reddit combined to even call it a marginal possibility of success... so why? Is it because for the low effort you put in you get support by the little group of others who think same as you? Is that acknowledgement what you seek? Like the feeling that you are part of a small minority that tries to do the right thing or is it genuine belief that you are going to help this game turn for the better? Then Why choose to support this game instead of arguably more important matters like solving energy crisis by donating or protesting against nuclear power on a forum? Isnt your minimal keyboard warrior effort better invested there? Why waste your precious typing power for a shitty wows game?

And who cares? WoT even while being a piece of crap game is still more than healthy. And nothing looks like this will EVER change. Wows is still healthy. So the nubs instead of quitting are just staying in high tiers, buying premiums and whatnot. Why do you care about the health of the game anyway? it's not like you can change anything or improve anything. If you truly want to change something go work for WG, work your way up and see if you can change it that way.

T4 is a joke. It's not nearly as bad as many here say. T4 CVs are terrible to be a threat to any decent surface ship player. And a unicum Hosho will rather abandon striking you and go for easier targets.
