Problem is that saipan has very little rockets being fired on top of that horizontal reticle.

There is so much wrong with using that list as argument why Saipan is fine. The placing of Shoukaku for example which is easily the best CV in the game after Enterprise in t8 :D. Saipan is crap after WG made reticle go horizontal on tits. But it's still more powerful than most other CVs in that list

Thanks for pointing this out. Doing it with Haku is much more effective than MVR because Haku can harass the crap out of you with 12k torp alpha per drop after your AA is gone. I will ask some buddies to come along and have fun together. Great post.

it's better than torp speed as torp speed also increases arming distance getting the same outcome. torpedo bomber attack time let's you set up 90° drops even with Midway (yes they are possible) and therefore a very valuable tool. Also Sunleader calls midway fighter build a possible meme. I call it upcoming meta This fighter build retains the same Midway effectiveness as she was before cpt rework while giving a massive edge in match influence against CV players especially FDR
