I understand and agree that confusion can arise. But that is the case in most sells irl sadly. It's not really an excuse to use but this type of confusion is happening often and there are probably reasons as to not make it seem overy complicated to make it easier for a customer to decide to make a purchase. if you have to explain in massive details no one will ever read it and be even more angry if crap happened that they originally wouldn't agree on. It's sad but true. I speak from experience as a salesperson. The good thing for the customers about having me around however is that I can answer their questions in real time so the remedy is people like me. An online shop sadly doesn't have that luxury

If you bought a premium ship instead you would get exactly X amount of doubloons worth € spent So the package you purchased the 17500 dubs for is as such a complete offer. While the price per single dub is different in comparison to that offer.

They are far more active on the forum lately engaging with constructive posts. They didn't do this a year ago at all. BTW "communication" doesn't mean that they'll "listen" (listen means to fulfill the wishes of the community these days). WG is communicating and listening. They just listen as in hearing what the community is saying. They simply aren't acting the way the community wishes.

it's easy. the dissatisfied people on the forum, on this poll are so low in numbers that it literally doesn't matter. There are 25k + players online every day every evening playing the game. So WG doesn't care if around 200 people on the forums are less satisfied. (only 134 people voted so far here for example.) obviously only dissatisfied customers seek a way to complain. That's why you don't see the other 24k players coming to the forums

Dude i have played 81 battles in the last 21 days and having 5 DDs only happened once. It was in t6. Nothing else weird happened.

Ragnar is a much better farming ship than Smalland is why her stats are so good. People who know how to play can do a lot of damage and influence the battle mid to lategame after they got their 150k dmg to win.

my game needs 31 seconds after clicking on the "play" button of the launcher to get to the "logging in" phase then needs additionally 26 seconds from when "logging in" is displayed till port. The "logging in" phase seems to be longer the more people are currently playing but overall got longer than usual. That's the only difference I feel. Overall time to get to port is around 1minute after starting the game with the game center (not an issue for me as i usually go for a quick afk anyway to get a drink or to find people to play with on discord)
