No, it's because people are following the newest hate trend. Last time I played Midway I dropped a Musashi with the same divebomber squad 3 times. Each drop landed all 6 bombs for a total of 50k(saturation) and 2 perma fires. That was a single squad. This means: Take off once, drop 3 times, do easy 60k on isolated target. No one commented on it. But when I hit a BB with rockets of Nakhi for 13k dmg chat be like "CV kys".

and that is why I dislike the community mainly crying about Nakhimov lately. They forgot that Midway can secure wins much more easily. A 300k game in a Nakhimov makes it look strong but what it actually shows is that it needs to dish out far more damage to even get close to half the influence of a Midway

How does this qualify? Its like me saying that because i got an 8kill game in a shouaku game recently that it's thr best t8 CV. No one is saying Nakhimov can't perform under ideal circumstances but sadly once thr enemy player decides to turn and no one shoots him on top of that Nakhimov does nothing

exactly. Corona has been going for 2 years now so disregarding the first anomalic year with the second year the numbers are normalising and currently 300 above what they have been before Corona. We can draw better conclusions after this year passes to see if it stays above pre corona averages or goes below that. Right now however there are more players online on average meaning the game is doing better than many want to believe
