No one has made an accurate in depth guide to reworked CVs yet. They are quite complicated to explain in depth, most of the understanding can only be gained by playing them a lot

I'm not saying CVs or subs are fine. Read again and maybe you'll understand it. There are more battles with subs and often even 4 subs per battle compared to the rare CV. Subs are popular, just play the game and you will see it. Why do you think people are so angry about subs in this forum? First of all the players in this forum are mostly bad, there are a few exceptions and they therefore complain more than one usually would. They don't understand how to play around subs so even the 40% winrate submarine is a gamebreaking threat to them. Then on top of that every time they play they meet subs. If they meet subs so often to always complain about subs doesn't that mean that subs are everywhere and popular? So there are to many bad players in subs, WG therefore doens't want to nerf subs too much as subs are already underperforming. And your nonsense you say about data has stopped being funny now too. Stop pretending. There is not a single company that makes good money that get's fooled by some joke like you claiming everything is green

It's not. The biggest problem is that most sub players are so bad that they make subs look weak and not broken. While they are broken evident by @El2aZeRs success and I can also claim some good success in them. But what does it matter if very few players show how broken they are when the other 10k are below average in performance? The data shows that subs are fine and even too weak so of course WG will keep them. There are enough interested players evident in the amount you see in nearly each battle who play subs. You can try to deny this all you want but the data clearly suggests popularity of subs and popularity means money to be made

Correct. Kaga enables you to be powerful with less effort at the cost of being less influential when you really need her to be. And that is a problem. Farming is as consistent as the skill of the enemy players. Since it's a single strike incoming at any time it's very easy to simply angle and mitigate 80% of the incoming damage. It's why me and my div mates always shrug off seeing good CV players in russian CVs because we understand how little he will actually do to us. The "victims" of such CVs are the players who don't even attempt to turn slightly towards the incoming strike and complain about getting hit for 15k (avg dmg per strike you will receive in t8 for example against Pobeda) while something like Shoukaku can: Do 3 attack runs with the same rocket squadron doing at least 8k - 10k damage in 2 strikes per squad (18k dmg and guaranteed fire), Do 4 attack runs with the same torpedo bomber squadron doing at least 30k - 40k damage in 3 drops thanks to the planes heal (yes it has a heal, russian CVs don't have that) Do 3 attack runs with the same AP bombs squadron doing 20k - 30k Citadel damage in 2 drops which is unhealable for BBs. On top of all that Shoukaku has better concealment and faster planes than any russian CV meaning you have more dpm too.

I'm sure it's annoying. Under certain circumstances I also get annoyed about the CV spotting me but I try to not put myself into vulnerable situations if I know that the CV is about to strike me. With more experience you will figure out how to keep the CV in mind and won't get into these situations anymore.
