I sent that fella a screen shot and asked "where I can see it" instead the answer was "you have it" now the last message they sent telling me how to reach. I know what I'm complainin about and asked for directions yet only answer was "you have it, you can see it in 'my coupons' section" now that is the problem if expressed "via website not armory" that would solve the question. Which makes it issue. By sending image I believe I am the one trying to establish a good communication. But the key word was "web site's premium shop's my coupon not game armory's coupon". -
October 15th was my birthday, I didn't get 100% discount coupon, and in my coupons sections it still lacks but when I reach for customer service they say that I have it but I don't. 1- I still don't have coupon 2- Everyday i get way too many detonations most of them are at full health. 2 or 3 days before I gott 8+ detonations, yesterday I got 3 dets in row at full health (and happened more). And I can't handle it anymore i had %70 det protection. Last section: I won't give any names but I'm trying to get along with customer service but they just don't want to solve the problem (just -if anyone who has authority- checks my contacts they'll see) I'm telling "too many detonations in single day" they answer "you might loose games too" THAT IS NOT THE CASEE!! OH GODD! I'm telling I don't have coupon they say I have, I can't see it on my coupons section, but I sent them image the proof that I DON'T HAVE %100 COUPON! They still say "no you have it" what the heck! I sent proof how can i lie? Either I don't know where it is or you are mistaken just admit it! I DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE THE CONVERSATION WITH THE SAME PERSON ANYMORE. I don't believe he/she wants to solve my problem. BONUS: Since on my birthday i supposed to had 100% discount, I thought If I spend doubloons might return in a while, that was not the case :) all doubloons gone and no 100% discount coupon. =) Sorry for long post but enough is enough, if customer service doesn't want to solve my problem I have to reach someone...

okay man that is what I wanted to know in the first place. once it is said "in 'my coupon's section'" I automatically think this way. This problem solved. -

1- That happened multiple times, so unfortunately yes you can be det-ed with full health. Unfortunately yes you can. I asked them how to get coupon, they answered you can see the coupon via your "my coupons" section, I sent them the image that I don't have that coupon. Man I'm not doing some science stuff I suppose? I'm telling that "That mechanic might be broken" they answer "you can't win everytime" if this makes sense to you I have nothing to say. In your case, valid response would be "you can leave your feedback to..." or "thank you I'll share the info to the requested place" (eventhough they wouldn't) OR "this is not in our job description" Basic logic man. That is logic if I ask your name for instance you won't tell me how the weather is in New Jersey would you? Plus: I send them the proof that I don't have that coupon and they answer me "yes you have" again I asked how can I see it? They say "via your 'my coupons' section" AND AGAIN I SEND THEM MY COUPONS IMAGE THAT I DON'T HAVE THAT COUPON AND THEY ANSWER YES YOU HAVE! Does this make sense? I geniunly don't understand, it is like you don't have a particular ship, you tell you don't have, they tell you "look at your port" you send your port's image that you geniunly don't have, and they tell you "yes you have"... IS THIS LOGICAL? Doesn't make sense... -

Yes unfortunately you can get detonated at full health by Dutch cruisers' bomber planes... (experienced twice), at DD yes you are. I'm informing them about game mechanics situation, that might have a problem, they are answering me as win/loose situation, as long as I have fun loose or win I don't mind. There are 2 problems about Customer Support, both lead to same direction they don't read what I say, or look at the image I sent them(Coupons section) they just use "automatic answer". * Your detonation mechanics might be broken, just fyi - You can win or loose * I don't have coupon - Yes you have * Here is the image of "my coupon section" the proof that I don't have - Yes you have Is this a logical conversaton?
