How foolish of planet Earth, all we needed to do was buy the computer you recommended. Thank you for this most helpful post; I am absolutely sure if it were your computer you would not have your condescending attitude. FYI, I'm nobody's fanboy and your "feedback" is anything but useful.

HA! You should try playing on a Mac. I completely downloaded and reinstalled hoping that would solve the issue, but nope. They are working on a new wrapper and should have something for us in a couple of days. QUESTION: Will the Mac players get credits for days lost with Premium? The support post reads like all Mac players cannot log-in.

WoWs doesn't support Apple and shows little interest in the platform. The wrapper the games runs on means the Mac has to work twice as hard to render the game. However, I have noticed several things that have made a huge difference: Look at the time of day when your computer crashes. Most likely its not your computer but slow Internet. You will quickly see patterns so don't play then (like after 8PM) Don't play when the server has a high number of players If you computer has a hard drive, the first game takes forever to spawn - it has to load over 30 gig of data Downloading and reloading the game will not fix the issue (they are wrong!) This is mostly the Internet and not your computer. I'm never pink anymore and normally don't crash in the middle of a game. For some odd reason it will still crash when loading signals in Port. You will find playing bots (16 player) runs better than playing humans (24 players).

Very, very uncool... If you do not live in North Western Europe, you will not have access to 15 - 20 Mbs Internet. Guess what, I am now pink and angry. I am not now and never have been AFK but WoWs is going to side with the selfish rich children. Moreover, we cannot communicate with WoWs. WoWs Forum, you have a voice and even the smallest mention form you will mean more than all of the Mediterranean combined.
