That would be a rather useless direction to take the conversation in for as long as your stats remain hidden, because you can literally claim your stats are whatever supports your claims, and there is no way anyone can check. If you want to run a hidden profile, knock yourself out, it's your right, but engaging in a discussion implying a certain performance with hidden stats is pretty useless.

You already have the tokens, mate, so you played and were a part of the active players number. That means you're as much a part of the product as anyone else, regardless of spending already grinded tokens or not. None of which has anything to do with the free bundles, what I find silly about your arguments is that they're only applicable to pay content, when we're talking about free stuff. Also, nothing interesting? Ok, maybe you're not interested in the RN CA's. There's also credits, coal, fxp, flags, camos. You don't need any of that for free either? Ok, your choice. They're a business, which means their primary goal is profit. To achieve this, they'll squeeze as hard as they think they can get away with, as evidenced by super scammy events such as the PR. This is why opting out of paid content (such as not getting the PR, or not buying the doubloon early access bundles), as in, voting with our wallets makes sense. Refusing stuff that is free, not so much.

So, two types of bundles, one is free, the other you have to pay for, so you only get the free ones you already grinded is convoluted for you? Did you not know there were two bundle types, tokens (free grind) and doubloons? The token bundles are free, but infinite so ship drops are not guaranteed (tho I dropped 3 from them, for free). Once you have the tokens, there is exactly zero reason not to spend them. It literally makes no difference to WG, and all the difference to you. So now to answer your question, what is their benefit here? They introduced doubloon bundles, baiting people without patience into paying to guarantee they get the early access ships. There was a finite numer of doubloon bundles, so if you spend enough, ships are guaranteed. So, they were counting on people going "it's just 1k dubs, let's try my luck.. nothing.. let's try again, what's another 1k dubs", and so on and so on. This is why the free token bundles are infinite and ships drops aren't guaranteed. This is also why it makes perfect sense to not get any doubloon bundles, and no sense at all in not getting the free ones. Not buying doubloon bundles is voting with your vallet, not getting free ones is just "lol ok, this guy didn't get it".

Again, acquiring and spending free tokens makes ZERO difference to WG as it makes absolutely no financial difference to them - tokens are grinded for free. If you want to boycott them, fine, don't buy premium time, don't buy doubloons, don't buy ships, etc. Not getting free rewards doesn't punish WG, it punishes you. Or, let me put it another way. Only getting free rewards = voting with your wallet. Not even getting free rewards = why would they care? They wouln't have made money off of this, regardless. The only way to boycott them beyond not spending money is to stop playing entirely, so you're not helping them with another number they can populate the teams with. However, you clearly played since you grinded the tokens, so the decision not to spend them so you get free stuff is definitely your right, but also quite nonsensical. All you demonstrated is some questionable trains of thought and decision making. Again, you didn't think this through.

It's a good t5 cruiser with excellent guns, that will now get premium economy, and you get her for free. This isn't something I'll be complaining about. If you like her, play her, if you don't, hey, at least she can't drop from a christmas box / sc again.

I was thinking the same, there should be some range / duration differences, or DD's get the short end of the stick, but on the bright side, we're used to it. Here's what a DD main recently said about the state of the game:

Not endorsing them is one thing, that means not spending money on anything. Not spending your free tokens you grinded for free doesn't hurt WG in any way. The only party that is hurt by this is yourself, because you could have gotten some free rewards, and didn't. This makes literally no difference to WG whatsoever. I agree it's stupid to buy the doubloon bundles, just so you can drop some silver ships a few weeks before they're grindable for free, but opening free token bundles is a no brainer. At best, you drop some ships that come with permacamos, port slots, and B hull / range modules. At worst, you get some flags, coal, fxp, etc, and it's still all free. If everyone acted like this and actually refused free rewards, the only conclusion I see WG walking away with from this is "they don't want free rewards, so we'll just make everything cost money now". You didn't really think this through.

I can't be sure without actually seeing some replays, but by these numbers I'd say you're doing decently, especially since you appear to be quite new (actually with your amount of battles you're doing better than most). Based on the fact I don't see a clan tag next to your name, let me guess - you didn't play in a division, but instead went into randoms alone? A single BB will struggle to carry a lot of the time. Find yourself a decent clan with good players to divison with, and watch that WR go up.

There are differences that make it more of a sidegrade. Ability to mount hydro actually makes it better in some situations. Guns aren't as potent, of course.

I dropped the Surrey, Devonshire and Hawkins, in that order. No Albemarblehead, but I guess I can't complain.

It's a strong ship I personally don't like all that much. Just not my thing. In general I prefer mobile to more static cruisers. It's hard to gauge if you'd like her or not. It's not like you can check earlier in the line either, because she plays nothing like the tiers below her. Overall, just on the merit on her becoming a reward ship, and that legendary modules are going to become RB only, I'd grind the line in time to drop the LM mission for it, then you have until the end of the year to get it. She's very, very accurate with the module on.

Overpenetrating a ship and hitting another ship behind it with the same shell is not possible. WG recently confirmed this, just don't ask me where, I did hear it talked about somewhere. The game isn't coded that way. What more likely happened is some stray shell or shells went over or to the side of the Colbert and managed to hit the GK. A replay would make it clear.

I own both. JB is quite simply more fun. YMMV. Here's a part of it... and partly why I rarely play my Smol these days. The other part, she's not all that interesting to play. - take a Jean Bart out, score 250k+ damage. Feelsgreatman. - take a Smol out, score 250k+ damage. Meh, I did it in a Smol. Personally, if I was forced to only own one of these, I would hands down choose to have the JB.
