Well.....the Na forum "reactionsmileys' work a bit differently, much like ingame Karma does. One have a limited number of 'reactions, which gets renewed every day. Erm.... very much so. I understand that you feel that way, but........ facts are pesky things, they don't care about feelings. Erm......if we go by real life, then........ things are much much worse. It is true that WWII Cv's could carry up to +25% spare aircraft( depending on class) but no factories. Also don't forget the "other" problems like: spotting https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Midway#Nagumo's_dilemma detonations : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_St._Lo#Kamikaze Fires: the list is really waay to long Flooding : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_aircraft_carrier_Shinano#Attacked inability to launch planes. Also don't forget that Bb's (particularly USN ones) were carrying extensive machine shops more than capable of repairing disabled AA mounts Plane regen is limited only by the time factor ( i.e duration of the battles) The same goes for surface ship based torps. The problem is that the planes are not torps. Planes are guns and torpedo tubes. Btw there are no silos in the game. Yet. Erm....you know that the 1 strike is always guaranteed, right? What is this if not dishonest?

Erm.....you know that you can't argue that "the milk is never white because it is from Milwaukee" right? I mean......that's what flat earthers do...Coz... You are saying that..... Cv's can't detonate, because.........the player is....... flying the.....planes? That's what you are saying? Erm.....but....that's happens to..... every ship in this game, so.........I don't follow. Well except Cv's but.... Erm......I;m confused. CV's have.... three kind of.....planes, right? And they also have secondaries, right? Or ...no? Am I..... missing something? Erm....that's what...... flat earthers say about Earth being round, but....you are not one of those, right? Erm...... I'm confused about your point.... Maybe I wasn't clear so .....I will repeat mine for your better understanding. Surface ships have AA mounts and guns. All of those shot down planes. Said AA (aka AntiAircraft) mounts can be destroyed. They will not regenerate and they cannot be repaired. Planes on the other hand will regenerate. So, after a while there can be situations where said surface ships could remain completely defenseless against said planes. How is that.... fair and not....... dishonest?

I;m not hating Cv's. I just don't like the fact(s) that: Cv's cant detonate Cv's can't burn or flood for extended periods. Cv's don't take module damage to their plane regen capabilities. None whatsoever. Cv's ability to launch planes is NOT impeded even when under direct fire. Cv;s ability to launch planes is NOT impeded even when on fire. All of that when surface ships only defense against the Cv's planes are subject to incapacitation and destruction. There is nothing personal in here. Just the facts All of that in a..... PvP game. So, it is fairly safe to conclude that Cv's are a....dishonest class. Period. .

The problem with Cv's is that is a braindead class which promotes braindead playing. Period. There is no consequence for misplaying. ZERO, ZILCH NADA!!!

It happened to me as well and not necessarily with DD's. It started with the cap re.....There are a LOT of things which don't work as intended from then. I think that the "engine' has trouble calculating and adapting ( for example rounding error) to the new metrics. For example I tested some ships turret rotation and.....the listed values are wrong. Not by much but in the case of torps, given that distance is a factor......... yeah. And...it isn't limited to PvP. It happens in Ops as well...... -

What do you mean? Nobody hates Cv's. They make this game more dynamic, fun, enjoyable and engaging. Especially at lower tiers where you meet them in pairs. I don't play there anymore, but I heard its fun. I also don't play any other tier than 9. Heck we should petition Weegee to remove the cap on Cv's so even four on one side should be possible. it would be fun. Like in hell.

Hmm.. well the problems related to Cv's are not balance issues. They are game design issues. I explicitly stay away from anything different then T9. because 1.The more present T8 Cv's vs Rn C'l AA...yeah if they can do somethin to me then GG 2.The rare T10 Cv is.....kinda acceptable. Unless Chucky. He gets the insta treatment. Sadly, no amount of balancing will solve the issues related to Cv's. A radically different role needs to be designed for them To be honest "my" cv players get reported a lot. Even in ops(!!). But they are really playing like *hite Well it would be nice if they would stop considering themselves the master race of wows. AS A STARTER

Erm......I should elaborate a bit. Coz....not "plane bad" but ..... 1. Brings capabilities, which circumvent the limitations of the MM. 2. Doesn't have a TT equivalent. It is obtainable only by buying. For which the buyer got capabilities which circumvent the MM In a semi competitive mode. Nice, right? -

I "made" 8 21pointers on EU and 4 or NA with the help of ops :) Also grinded 500K fxp in one week in Raptor....

Oh I can be both competitive and salty. The desire to win is definitively present:) With that I agree. Operations could teach people ship usage, ship specific tactics, team play. positioning, minimap reading and also general wows tactics. After all many clans use that as a team forming exercise. That's...not necessary my experience :) There is at least one op which.... isn't that comfy :)
