i have registered and start playing the game since 2017 on steam and i have stopped playing for awhile changed my pc so i reinstalled the game sadly when i tryed to login in the game now by mistake it registered me as new and all my progression and my purchased around 200 $ are gone. how do i force login and recover my account. pls help.

sadly i cant my original account is on steam so its not the same account. i need to force login but i could not work it out.
