If i buy a Cossack now, and get the other for guineas, i get 9600 dubloon for that, right ? For me seems to better to buy the Cossack for the price of 15 gamble box. Can do all misson, gonna have the Cossack and 9600 dubloons. Plus a Warspite or Gallant. I am not really interrested in blueprints, these ships are pretty " meh " for me. Not really, those missions are doable in Co-op. Getting a few spotted and defended ribbon not hard there.

Personally, i would go with AP, 240 mm AP can even hurt BB's, so make up a bit for lower number of main batteries. She had 20 100mm guns too, so those would be good for as HE secondarys.

Wouldnt be the Radetzky a bit " under-gunned " in T3 ? 4 305mm vs. 8-12 on other ships. Except Nassau. And she had only 230 mm belt. Thought about Espana class as T3 too, with the 8x 305 but those had only 203 mm belt. Probably any BB at T3-4 wouldnt have any problem to deal with Radetzky or Espana. Maybe the ex-Brandenburg class, under Turkish flag ? ( Turgut Reis or Hayreddin Barbarossa ). Only 6 283 mm gun, but 400 mm belt armor. Or the Yavuz Selim ( ex-Goeben), but she was more of a BC than a BB. Maybe as a T4 premium ?

A possible solution, ( what WG never gonna do, because of the money loss ), is to restrict FXP use to 50% of a ships research price, example, you need to grind the first 50% before using FXP. Just my 2 cents...

+1 to this. As shown in the videos above, you could buy from 400 usd a waaaay newer technology. I am sure the 2200G could run WoWS in full HD even on high settings. I played this game on a Ryzen 3 1200 with an 1 GB R7 250X, it was always near 60 FPS ( couldnt buy new card due high prices caused by cryptomining ), i guess the 2200G has at least the power of that card. Not to mention, later you dont have to throw out your whole old PC if you want to upgrade. Edit : you dont annoy us, we are happy to help

He said he has a budget like 300 GBP. I linked the video to show what he can get from that money. I3 is okay (except any i3 before the 8100 are all dualcore ), but he need a dedicated videocard which would cost him another 80-100 USD, and maybe that wont fit in his budget. While the Ryzen 2200G has 4 cores vs the older i3's 2, and has a built in equivalent of a 80-90 dollar gpu. He can later buy a dedicated card when he can afford it, and its still nice to have a " spare one ". Ryzen 2200g = 100 ish USD i3 and at least a GT 1030 = close to 200. I am not some AMD fanboy, i just said what would i get from that money. And i think in new parts, i dont really trust used stuff, especially in electronics.

Youtube is full of videos how to build a brand new PC for 300-400 usd which is close to his budget. ( I imagine OP has already a screen, keyboard, etc. ). Like this video here : Only thing i would change on this is some better case , like an NZTX S340, and a 250-ish SSD instead of hard drive. Still under 400 USD / 300 GBP.

For desktop, maybe an AMD 2200 G ? That has the built-in equivalent of an Nvidia GT 1030. And it is a very cheap quad -core cpu.

He doesnt really need a premium for Operations, he can do well in a silver ship ( damn i miss my T6 Cleveland :( ). Budyonny, Nürnberg, or La Gal, perfectly good for those. Even Pepsicola is good. Personally as a T6 premium i plan to buy a De Grasse. ( I have the Graf Spee from Steam bundle, but i dont really like that ship. )

Probably best if you wait a bit, i think a Summer Sale gonna come soon ( i wasnt playing last summer, but saw in the news that there was one ). And if you like battleships, well, for tier 5 premium : Guilio Cesare.

Cesare for sure. Anshan seems to be a good ship too ( though i had only a few random and coop with her ). People say De Grasse is a good cruiser, so maybe her too.

How about some small xp ( and maybe credit ) bonus depending on distances from the targets enganged ? Like, you shoot someone from 20km +, normal xp, between 15-20 +10%, 15 -10 15%, under 10 km, +20%, so on (i just said some random percentages ). Could be applied on all ships. I dont know if anything like this was suggested before, its just my 2 cents.
