another crazy thing is, that the gap between beginners and veterans will become bigger as well. the super unicum player can easy spend some cpt exp to get some captains to 21 points, while the beginner needs to grind a lot longer to get things like fire prevention oder concealment expert for example.

my build for richelieu, jean bart and dunkerque. works quite well, although i dont know if preventative maintenance is best choice with the new turret changes.

Played here today again after doing some replay analysis with some mates and it worked very well in the 3 games i played in here. This time also hitting some more cruisers, which felt very satisfying. Maybe i just hit the bad end of variance the last days. Had a 1-15 losing streak on monday wirh the yammy🤪 Even being afk you dont get that bad winrate😅

Hey Guys, the last weeks i grinded the izumo and i really loved it. i played here quite central (mostly when no CVs in game) with some distance to the cap, overlooking and controlling a big area. always looking for cruisers to shoot, getting crossfires on BBs and it worked great. Now i got the Yamato for a few days and played about 50 battles in her. I thougth of her being a better Izumo, so i started playing her exactly the same as i did with the izumo. But man, that does not work for me as intended. Im not able to get the control over this big area i was able to do in izumo. The two biggest things that changed are 1. a lot more carriers and getting focused much more 2. immense amount of HE spam from much longer range, which mostly brings me to back up or even start kiting quite fast. what definitely changed is that im not able to focus the cruisers in the amount i was able to do in the izumo, cause im forced to mostly snipe them at 18-20 km which is not that easy, in the izumo i was able to get closer to them. This shows in the amount of kills average i have in Izumo and Yamato. I mostly end up shooting BBs on very long range, which cant be "how to Yamato". Still my AVG damage is quite high, but its not "significant" damage and i dont have this big influence in the match. and this really tilts me. my average potential is 1,7m, dont know if thats average or to low. So what i tried to change until now. 1. Staying closer to my teammates (in CV games) 2. staying far back at the beginning, trying to dodge some of the HE spam, until some cruiser die and HE fire is getting less (this brings the problem to nearly being unable to support the dds and relying on RNG to have the better DD players) i really would love some input from you guys on "How to Yamato in 2020" Greets JeanLouisII

I did watch some replays and it kinda feels like i start to turn away and start kiting a bit too early, which makes it easier for the opponent to push the flank. Mostly this happens when we loose our dd and enemy dd has all freedom to do whatever he wants on us. I will post a replay later when i get on my pc...

Hallo Leute, Ich bin der Daniel, 31 und komme aus Österreich. Nach einigen Monaten in meinem derzeitigen Clan suche ich nach einem Clan der mir evtl helfen kann meinen nächsten Schritt zu machen. Ich spiele Wows seit ca einem Jahr sehr motiviert, vorher nur "Fun-Player" bzw wenig Ahnung von Game-Mechaniken etc, bis ich Streams gesehen habe und erkannt habe, dass mehr dahinter steckt. Was suche ich? - Ich suche nach einem Clan mit vielen TryHard Divisionen - Spieler mit denen man sich zu erweiterten Konzepten des Spiels unterhalten kann - Spieler die selber akitv an ihrem Spiel arbeiten, in Form von Replay-Analysen etc. - Spieler, die "ganz nach oben wollen" Was suche ich nicht? - Ich suche nicht unbedingt einen Clan für Clanbattles (Habe leider oft Nachtschicht und deswegen kann ich Abends nicht zuverlässig da sein/ finde derzeitige CBs nicht besonders spannend wegen CV und einseitiger Schiffwahl) - Einen Clan dem Winrate egal ist und nur eher aus Fun gespielt wird Was spiele ich und wie arbeite ich an meinem Spiel? Ich spiele seit ca. 700 games eigentlich BBs only, weil es mir am meisten Spaß macht und ich es mag für die eine "präzise" Salve belohnt zu werden. Da ich aus dem Pokerbereich komme, bin ich es gewohnt, viel an meinem Spiel zu arbeiten. Sprich ich mache fast täglich Analysen von meinen alten Games, schaue Replays im Internet, analysiere Zielverhalten und Targetselection, bin sehr oft in Streams von Top BB-Spielern (PotatoQuality von O7 zb) und habe dadurch große Lernfortschritte. Meine Erfolge: Inzwischen schaffe ich es relativ konstant alle neu von mir gespielten BBs in die Top 100 bei WOWS Numbers zu bringen. If u want hizen to get better then izumo it will be OP as [edited]. Izumo is [edited]strong ship with all the buffs it got. Just played about 40 games in here. Shes a complete beast.

Also annoying is the lack of communication between the players. I always try to ping or to mark the target or even write pls shoot this or that. Mostly you dont even get one response...i think most players dont even care when someone is trying to communicate.

Only wanted to state out that every class has their black sheeps. And your right, sadly you cant expect much from the average player in this game. Be happy with every semi competent player you get.

to the dd captains! When you log into a game look at the capzones. When the friendly bbs ask you to at least try to contest the cap or try to get some sight on the enemy cruisers or bbs, then try to help them. Driving circles around bbs in the backround spamming torps into not visible ships wont help. As well also dont be the dd that tries to flank an unspotted flank without cover and get caught in radar and die in the first 3 minutes. Turn on your brains! Irony off

You will rarely see one of them and when u shoot u get this 2 overpens salvos. When 3 of the remaining 5 other ships are on the other flank i wish you a lot of fun fighting the two only ships you can see. I hope they dont hide behind an island. But that will happen, cause everyone is going to focus them.

Der clan von gaishu vom NA server spielt derzeit 4×kleber + goliath und das sehr erfolgreich. (Siege ggn 07 etc.) Also wer mal ein anderes lineup sehen will lege ich dessen streams in der nacht ans herz.

I really dont like the poistion you were at the beginning with your montana and i dont like the move to go through the channel into several enemys. But as played i think the ram is the best thing you could do in that moment.

Hades_warrior cries about everything. When it would be a 1vs1 ranked he would find a way to complain about the bad skill of his none existent teammates and the rough sea.

Haha, complaining about everything tells a lot about you... Im having a smooth ranked till now. Rank 9 atm, getting harder to climb the ranks. I need to play better!!!

Just had a reload bug in my bourgogne in arms racemode. Pushed reload booster and it didnt cool off. 12sec reload the whole game. Was nice

Pls read my text better. I wrote "nearly zero chance". Thats not 0 chance! And the average isnt better and the average player wont get better. So i doubt strongly that teamplay will become better with time. So the good divs will always be able to do that. And i never wrote that i want divs out of the game. I wrote that divs should be matched with divs of the same skill level. That would take more time for the 3 to get a game, but that would be the price to play in a 3 man team.

# absolutely Look at players like coliasolo. Good player who only plays 3man div. He gets up to 80% wr in 3 man divisions with very big samplesize. You simple have nearly zero chance to win the game if your in the opposite team. It wouldnt be so when he would only be solo. What i mean is that divisions with very high or very little skill just decide the random battles too much. That shouldnt be like that. Maybe very high skilled divisions should be paired only with other high skilled divs and the other way with the low skilled divs. It will take more time to match them, but thats just the price for 3 people to play together, wait a bit longer for the battle. I think if players stats sides like wgnumbers and so on would show the solo win rate per default first when you click on a profile you already would get rid of a lot of only 3 man div players that always try hard. Cause they care about their stats and therefore its nice to have for them that the profile shows all games together stat first.
