I've been waiting since 8th of December, the day i raised the ticket. And all i got is the promise that a 'specialist' will take a closer look for my request to manual remove the contents of 20 Santa's Big Gift containers i purchased with doubloons. That promise was made on 12th of December. It's been more a month since then and the days are still counting. I stopped playing since then to make sure i won't use anything and therefore i missed all the winter events. Thanks, really nice. I understand that you are the guy who gets all the sh*tstorm, since you got the 'joy' of starting this topic, and i really feel sorry for you about that, honestly. I am a very patient man and i get that there were holidays and WG had staff on vacation and all that, but this is getting ridiculous, don't you think?
