Hello ! Can t enter WOWS page , dockyard , armory; please advice .

Hello ! Today 11 july still same problem . I try to access armory and dockyard same problem, can t enter WOWS main page to make a ticket because of this :

I wonder when the players will learn basics ind this game ? The reason of this post is this : why I can t out of battle ?

I really try to find a reason to play WOWS then I got this matchmaking . Instead of keeping players in game you make them go away .

I use static type 5 crosshair and a request for mod station developers if they can make a black version of it and one more brighter like type one dynamic.

I tried like most of active players to take my FREE tier 10 Puerto Rico making 5 directives and arrive at in building process . A friend of mine send my this photo where he did not do NOTHING from directives and get PR . Me level 5 with a lot of time and work , him 2 with NOTHING . Mine is 191 tokens and 5 building stage .

he did not , I was saying that all that processes of trying to take PR with directives made me arrive on 5 building level and him doing nothing arrived at 2 level

My point is this : can we normal players that make Christmas and New year out and did not stay in to grind for PR finish to build it ? In the end all those who spend money and time deserve it .

I am searching for a clan : Active player ,almost all tech tree done , almost all coal premium , few steel premium, no cv , over 14000 battles , my win rate is 48 (some ship don t like and skipped with free xp ) , 3 season clan battles , start my clan but we can t play because most of them are new , I like a lot clan battles , I was in RONF for more then 2 years . That's all .
