I think OP has a point here. Let's remove fire chance from BBs all together for a start and see what happens. Maybe suddenly all those A line campers will start supporting team, tanking and pushing and totally not coming here on forum to cry about not being able to burn each other any more.

Not T61 as it is a full premium and besides WG does not care much about low tiers and balance there. It's one of 2 ships that I have over 70%wr with over 100 games and the other is CV, it is the strongest tier for tier ship you can get now IMHO but it is a T6 DD so you have to be careful with all CVs around but not that careful to become useless

Just a few days ago I finally freexped Lion and got Thunderers older brother. Now I can burn them with impunity out of their range Never really clicked with Thunderer, Conqueror I like a lot more already. IMHO it's even more retarded ship (at least in my not so good with BBs hands and my Lord how broken she had to be before changes to the citadel height). 4 heals of this magnitude means I can push, rain fire (or steel if broadsides) run away if thing are going bad, reprint the ship and rinse and repeat again and again. It's also better fire starter, Thunderer tends to land all shells into one section starting 1 fire, Conq sprays whole length of the ship, burn Kevins, burn

Most can have 2 if you have done collections.

Not every ship is kitting and has to move to be useful, for example if you are strategically placed des moines or Worcester or radar Mino and moving means being blapped by one of 5 overmatching BBs.
