He says 1 was fun so probably rest was even worse then this average. i hope that It's not stat shaming, he's just too good for it

Top AA cruiser build for AA could not stop 4 tiers lower CV. Only with Def AA + sector I could limit him to 1 drop. AA is a joke and there is no point in investing much into it.

And dps can be mitigated by using island as a cover by planes as well., while Petru can just dodgeTM in the open water safe from overmatch with stupid armour/low broadside and use long range huge walls of flak to cover other ships. And why would I so heavily spec into AA when I'll see CV maybe half of the games if I am lucky and then he may ignore me anyway??? To gimp myself in effectiveness vs all the other ships every game?

There is no such a concept nowadays in WG warship game. Not even full AA build Mino or Wooster, Tried it when there was a free respec a few months ago with captain rework. I tried it and I was able today to get 3 full drops out of TBs in a row healing through the fighters, sure, it was in a training room vs armed bot CV, but it should be equally doable in a random game. But the question is: it worth the salt and reports from both teams? I will revert to bigger deck/faster restoration probably or will try to make other CVs life a bit less fun and engaging. I don't know. I play those so rarely.
