Yes, true, also the secondairy battery mod 1 is a downgrade to your main weapons and being able to hit less at range isnt good, there are many aspects to consider with Bis builds, sadly it aint what it used to be. Whay build would you reccommend ?

I have been burned to a cinder by smolensks and ships like that, thus this build, secondairis fire all directions without input and do less damage yes, I do however survive longer As I said the Superintendant and Expert loader could be swapped to manual secondairies still keeping Basic and Advanced fring training along with basics of survivability but the u have the risk of the Smolensk, HE focus and 4 fires etc . The MAssa has the fast recycling of heals so it is a much better ship in the current meta, Bis is sadly a bit outdated Dont play Bis much, mostly play DD:s and I am trying to master the Zaö

You could argue that the 4 point Fire Prevention with its 10% lower risk of catching fire and maximum 3 fires could be traded for 3 point Basics of Surivability along with 1 point expert loader Three fires are bad enough but the 15% shorter burn duration along with the India yankee 20% shorter burn goes a long way. ( getting 4 fires set on u is an instant death sentence if you have used your damage control and in randoms there are a lot of fire breathing dragon ships from tier 6 to 10 ) You could also get both Fire Prevention and basics of survivability by trading away Basic firing Training, you would have all the tankyness and still have the secondairy gun range. Another point is the Superintendant skill 3 points, are you gonna live long enough to use that last heal / hydro /spotter ? In sprint the risk of multiple firestarters is of course less This is how I have had My Bis recently

But in the end it does come down to 3-4 things 1 having or not having the money to spare (waste ?) (a meal for 2 at a nice restaurant is like 100£ and its over in 2 hours, a can of beans on toast with eggs and bacon is just as satisfying and way cheaper (getting a new car or waitng an extra year (the value loss of a new car is like 20% the first year, cars are a must have huge waste of money )) 2 having the time to grind or not having the time to grind (a few hours extra at work and there is your hugh crate bundle with far more gains than I ever would achieve grinding the same amount of hours (premium time, dubloons cammos, nice ships, 10p captains )) 3 having some problem with the gambling / low win rate "balanz" (it is a buisness at their end, yes they are pricey) 4 having some issue with the fact that a total noob can buy a tier 9 ship in the premium store or win it in a crate (yes this is a problem but they are probably gonna play a few games, fail horribly and be humiliated by some tier 7 player in a DD with no cammo and after that not play the ship much more until they have gained more skill) 5 Remember that if there was only the players that play for free there wouldnt be a game I now have all the premium, most coal (I am missing the yoshino and thunderer) and a few steel ships so for me filling in some missing ships and getting flags/cammos was the goal (I have blown away quite a lot of £ every time they have loot boxes)

In my christmas spending binge I got 4 tier 8 carriers from crates Saipan Enterprise Kaga Graf Zeppelin Havnt never played any carrier games apart from a few tier 4 and 6 games in coop and have no intention of using them in random (at higher tier than tier 6) before I master the basics I have no ideas on how to equip them with upgrades and the 10 captain skill points and would very much appreciate some help.

Yes but the amount of money is relative to how much you have and how much you need. So if if you have a lot of money and maybe not so much time to spend grinding (due to work and family) but still enjoy the game I do not see any problem in spending. This is how it is for me anyway. I did however not go for the PR and decided to rather go for huge crates Money spent on the game hopefully will go to improving it so it will be even more enjoyable

What is the point of 110 000 hp (+heals) if u arnt gonna use it to tank and support ur team Yesterday I advanced on left flank of map shatter, I was in Massa accompanied by Kremlin, Mino, Moskva and Shima Halfway into advance our Kremlin stops advancing and hits reverse (still at 90% hp) He actually hides BEHIND an island They have a De Moines firing from cover, he burns us one by one while their Montana tanks (spots) with Yoshino and DD support they had a Monarch too but he ran away We lose our Moska, Shima, Kiev myself and Mino, we mange to kill the Yoshino, their Demoins and Monty are low but their Monarch is back, when we all were dead our Kremlin (still at 90% hp) decides to rush in (alone against 3-4 ships) He gets massivly torped , burns and sinks (without accomplishing anything, not even passivly supporting his team as a damage absorber) And why do they always rush in at the end ? haha This happens a lot, how did he miss that the entire flank was advancing and if he intended to hold back why not say so or he could have run for the other flank and supported them from the start, then we would not have advanced I looked him up thinking he was a new player, he had 7500 battles Yes, players need to learn to play at mid tier before going to tier 8-10

Dont really get the point of this, I took a Akizuki with 19 p Isoruki Yamamoto into batlle The other guy had Le Terrible Well I torp reload boosted, charged straight in like an idiot and in the knife fight I hit him with 3 torps and killed him If he had been in a Cleveland or Chapayev he could have had both radar and hydro and I would have been up s_it creek It all comes down to what ship you choose to use, choose the wrong ship vs your opponent and you will lose (if he knows how to use his ship) Cant really see how rank can be determined from this sort of lottery
