Ok, so lets say you are in a tier 8 cruiser and a tier 10 carrier focuses you right from the start You will be sunk in 5 minutes Lets also say you dont have any tier 1-7 ships.. How would that work ?

Been playing the Vittorio Veneto in random Played 3 games, struggled to get 50k dmg before getting burned down and sunk, lost 2 out of 3 matches (carrier every game and everyone shooting the new ship, lol, ) Dumped deadeye and went full tank 19p, didn´t sink and managed a win ,66k dmg, (sunk their Midway haha) The wonky guns with slow reload are its main issue also its heavy armour will arm much AP This ship is not a Gudbote and for sure nothing to write home about

I wouldn´t mind CV planes doing more damage I dont think they should instantly and telepathically transmit image data of the exact position of a spotted ship (instant focus fire) I think CV:s should have a limit to how much planes they can lose I think damage to the CV itself should impact the time to get more planes airborne

Concealment expert or Fire prevention Vigilance skill seems like wasted 2 points, it´s not like u are gonna be doing a lot of torp beats, would be better if u used the 2 points on Priority target

I used a load of coal on the Yoshino thinking it was a better Zao However.. Doesn´t have Zao:s maneuverability and can take big hits Doesn´t start fires like Zao Not as stealthy as Zao Regret getting it.. If you have an high skill level OP ship good players and unicums will have 70-90% winrate in it At the same time the unskilled players and noobs will have a 10-30% winrate in it Spreadsheet says overall winrate is 50% so perfectly balanced
