I´d say mostly due to poor game design (WG don´t want any CV player to ever have a bad game experience in their precious CV:s)
-
The design is horrible, looks like a 6 year old created them
-
+ Doesn´t have a massive firing detection bloom + Super heal + Rudder - Reload - Accuracy - Range (LoL even the Fletcher can get up to 18 km) - HE - 26mm - Lesser Monarch - Tier 9 mm - Etc - Etc - Etc - Etc No thanks

What is best CV line for players that like torpedoes?
Ronchabale replied to seXikanac's topic in General Discussion
Try IJN DD:s Torps really do hit hard and it is fun when you have acquired the skill to regularly do decent damage with them -
Flint used to be fun and worth the Steel nowadays I wouldn´t recommend for any reason
-
More like the opposite has been happening during my 3-4 years in the game Did you play DD:s recently (ever) ? Can´t be arsed too read all the flak coming your way but you are worth every ounce of it
-
Not really, a CV that only goes for BB damage, doesn´t spot at all or doesn´t try to neutralise DD:s is a pretty useless CV Hard for any other class of ship to have that influence

Quoted from Wiki: On the afternoon of 24 November 1941, the 1st Battle Squadron, Barham, Queen Elizabeth, and Valiant, with an escort of eight destroyers, departed Alexandria to cover the 7th and 15th Cruiser Squadrons as they hunted for Italian convoys in the Central Mediterranean.[87] The following morning, the German submarine U-331, commanded by Oberleutnant zur See Hans-Diedrich von Tiesenhausen, detected the faint engine noises of the British ships and moved to intercept. By the afternoon the submarine and the 1st Battle Squadron were on reciprocal courses and Tiesenhausen ordered his boat to battle stations around 16:00. An ASDIC operator aboard one of the leading destroyers, Jervis, detected the submarine at 16:18 at an estimated range of 900–1,100 yards (820–1,010 m), but the contact was disregarded as it subtended an angle between 40 and 60 degrees wide, far larger than a submarine. U-331 thus passed through the screen and was only in a position to fire her torpedoes after the leading ship, Queen Elizabeth, had passed her by and the second ship, Barham, was closing rapidly. Tiesenhausen ordered all four bow torpedo tubes fired at a range of 375 metres (410 yd) at 16:25. Possibly due to her closeness to Valiant's bow wave and discharging the torpedoes, the boat's conning tower broached the surface and was fruitlessly engaged by one of the battleship's "pom-pom"s at a range of about 30 yards (27 m). The boat dived out of control after she broached, reaching an indicated depth of 265 metres (869 ft), well below her design depth rating of 150 metres (490 ft), before she stabilised without any damage. U-331 was not attacked by the escorting destroyers and reached port on 3 December. Tiesenhausen was not certain of the results of his attack and radioed that he had hit a Queen Elizabeth-class battleship with one torpedo.[88] There was no time for evasive action, and three of the four torpedoes struck amidships so closely together as to throw up a single massive water column. Barham quickly capsized to port and was lying on her side when a massive magazine explosion occurred about four minutes after she was torpedoed and sank her. The Board of Enquiry into the sinking ascribed the final explosion to a fire in the 4-inch magazines outboard of the main 15-inch magazines, which would have then spread to and detonated the contents of the main magazines.[89] Due to the speed at which she sank, 862 officers and ratings were killed,[54][90] including two who died of their wounds after being rescued. The destroyer Hotspur rescued some 337 survivors, including Vice-Admiral Henry Pridham-Wippell and the pair who later died of their wounds, while the Australian destroyer Nizam reportedly rescued some 150 men.[91][Note 6] Captain Geoffrey Cooke went down with his ship

There is a very nice film on YT of Barham exploding

Even CV players say they are boring to play The constant spotting and lack or stealth mostly for DD:s Yes DD:s spot DD:s too Maybe CV launches torps at you forcing you into manoeuvres where u end up broadside to Heavy AP shells Also CV:S can have a lot of influence on the outcome of a game, say there is one CV per team and your team gets a noob CV player and the other team gets a decent one your team will be at a very large disadvantage Myself I can think of many reasons to not play my CV:s Have Kaga, Enterprize, Saipan and Graf Zeppelin (and a few others) One reason is the hate Another reason is the fact that I dont much enjoy ruining other players games Too much toxicity with the whole class

Psychological warfare.. Yes it does seem to work

Have actually given positive reports too (not often tho)

When in history did the Dutch have this airstrike ability ? On the other hand Russia never had any CV:s Dunno if Dutch airstrikes or the Russian CV:s will be the final nail in the coffin containing is my WG account We will see

The cost of "service" after Battle a should be cheaper
Ronchabale replied to Condensadordefluzo's topic in General Discussion
In my opinion it would be better if it cost even more -
Community tokens - your take on the new currency.
Ronchabale replied to Jvd2000's topic in General Discussion
Not really a game I would recommend to any friend, not anymore at least Was good, did recommend it then, got worse (CV rework) naa, after that I didn´t recommend it to anyone, now with captain rework its even worse and with subs, Russian carriers, Dutch airstrikes and more hybrids incoming, no will deffo not recommend it to anyone dont think I will be playing it much more myself They can add any currency or reward they like, only thing that could help is rewinding time to possibly before the captain rework and scrapping all stupidity that has emerged in since then + all planned subs carriers airstrikes etc. -
Yes - Coupon - Coal - Marceau
-
Suggest that u scrap the upcoming US hybrid BB, submarines, Dutch airstrikes and Russian CV line Just saying
-
Voted Yoshino cos I have it and it can work Salem.. maybe In the end it doesn´t matter what u get or what u use or waste ur resources on, whole thing is a waste of time on a game that is going downhill
-
Are you as excited as I am about the new russian carriers
Ronchabale replied to ___V_E_N_O_M___'s topic in General Discussion
Excited ? No, the sum of everything is getting to be a bit too much for me Few years ago this was a pretty fun/good game, that fun has diminished to at the moment be barely tolerable With Dutch airstrikes, fantasy hybrid BB:s, subs and fantasy CV:s lines incoming it will be totally un fun and un playable for me More they add the worse it gets Its like when you go too far with the seasoning of food -
Or else... If he replies we will know if he is human or a bot.. Makes me think of the guy selling vacuum cleaners on TV- Shop
-
I know you work for WG and all that but do you seriously think this will improve the game ?
