Playing at 17.5 Km with no rudder shift will get a squishy low HP cruiser killed fast LM used to have better rudder shift, better dispersion and a bit less range 17.5 km, after nerf it kept the dispersion boost but lost the rudder shift (Funnily it is still called "Improved Bridge" even without the rudder shift) Solution is not to use the LM and go for range mod 18.8 km Even better, choose another cruiser with smoke, stalinium armour or some other gimmick
