Yes As u say it takes a lot of damage and doesn´t fire very often, it is very vulnerable when getting lit up by CV:s I only played a handful of times in it, didn´t have much success in it or maybe it wasn´t all that much "fun" Maybe the 20km torps are more useful now that u can take a chance on launching them withou sinking some team mate

Hmm.. well I am in a clan, my clan, a clan that only exists for the bonuses, there are 2 members in my clan myself and one other, we don´t do clan battles I am pretty sure a load of players are not in a clan and don´t play ranked, they can be highly skilled or rubbish, who knows Also looking at the results of a player in a clan battle where someone is telling them where to go, who to focus etc doesn´t give a fair image of the individual performance However you could look at recent performance in randoms which should give some idea of the level of gameplay performed

Dutch cruisers strong, yes if u are a stationary large target pointing straight at them, otherwise no, they are weak TBH they would be better off if they took away the airstrike gimmick and gave them decent HE/AP and perhaps torps

ELO would still end up with everyone at around 50% WR but might make for less blowouts and genarally make gaming more fun
