Wouldn´t call them op Only played up to the tier 8 so I cant say anything about tier 9-10 If u build into secondaries the main guns are all over the place

Lutjenz is very nice on seconddary BB:s, a god in Narai, imagine he is useful in DD:s too Kusnetsov´s Zombie heal has saved the day more than once for me On the other hand u can get Samsonetti, I know u cant get him for 175 coal, Resolute and Rapid containers cost 6000 coal.. that first kill range bonus is useful, 75% gun feeder is also good,

Its a premium ship, not like u need to grind up a dedicated commander, use either a gunboat or torpedo captain in it
