This is general ISP problem, and not only armory, premium shop, clan port, etc all web pages which is opening in game have same problem. There are a lot of ticket about these and world of warships can not do any thing. I am using VPN for temporary solution. Ukraine or Russia or another government playing with internet connections, this is my thought.
