You know what the new patch after the update messed it up again. I am really frustrated.....

Hiho, with the new update all seems normal for now. There is a little bug of the update the Battle result inf o doesn't go away as susual when in port but it doesn't efffect he game play. I think I am safe until the next update.The only thing left is now the almost one and a half month I have lost from my premium account. I can live with that though if the problem is solved for good. I hope menawhile the WG will also take a look to their Player support procedure. Lİke I have mentioned it is now more than a game play issue. I have received the same automated message ( a little modified, but the backbone is tje same) for messags I have sent although my message was clearly showing that I have gone trough the steps and provided the data. At the end I waited for a general patch to cure a specific problem. I thank you all for your help though at least I know I am playing the game with great lads! Cheers

Hi Brother, I thank you for your great advice. Unfortunately I have done most of the above and even uninstalled the whole shabang and downloaded fresh ( I am not using any mods and Ihave even deleted the read me file in the mods file :) I am through believe me) Problem is this issue happens after a new update and also vanishes after another or when I download the game fresh ( sometimes dowload does not help) This is the first time in my gaming experience I am helpless. Maybe you wont believe but I am playing games since 500 MB hard disks were an invention. The only thing I haven't done is to format the computer and reinstall the game :( The sad part is I am getting the worst support from WG with answer bots only until I start to loose my cool. Now it became more than a gaming issue. I am a paying customer like most of the guys here and we definitely deserve better. Where I live you can buy 5 breads with 1 Euro. A premium account for a year costs 1/5 of the minimum wage here. I am paying that amount to be get a better service. No one here finds the money on the street, we deserve better. That is why I am trying to create some noise actually and I am grateful for you guys attention and cooperation. Meery xmas!!

Ahoy Brother, somehow magically the issue disappears and reappears. "There is a small chance WGs will not only put it on the long list of known bugs but actually consider solving it as many people keep reporting this issue." I hope that too. Actually I have started a hashtag in twitter #worldofwarshipssucks maybe if everyone adds some comments to that they might be interested of tidyng their ship. Hiho Captains. I am playing for more than 3 years the game. Also my wife started to play more than a year ago. We both use 2 different hardware and software setups including windows versions (7 and 10 64 bit) . For a while especially when there is an update my game crashes. To be specific I can enter the game and start a match but I can't control my ship. ı can't see the opponents on the map but they appear on the min map. First the problem disappeared when I deleted the game folde and pasted my backup instead. After a while WG cahnged the Game center and that solution started not to work. I contacted support and first they sent me some copy / paste standart messages. Of course those were as useful as a fridge in north pole. They said maybe my configuration was low. They appearently forgot I am playing with the same setup since the beginning and when I reinstall the system magically works. I then uninstalled and reinstalled the game and again the issue disappeared. With a new update it started again and I asked support for help with a little stronger emphasis on I am dissatisfied with the service and answer bots. I have also mentioned that me and my wife are not planning to spend any money for premium anymore. I finally received a custom written messge regarding my issue. But the solutions offered didn't solve the problem when it appeared today. I created another issue ticket but frankly I am not sure if it will be useful. Therfore I am hoping to find solution from the forum. Yesterday I played lots of battles without any issue and today I started the game with the same stupid problem( because the BF promo missions are uploaded) . I am really frustrated and I don't have any tolerance left for excuse. Does anyone have the same issue? I am adding also screen shots of the issue and some replays from yesterday and today.
