For I think the first time I finally managed to get a couple (literally just one couple ) games in my Black that were sorta unicum according to teh almighty stats pages! But what did it cost me? Everything!

But anyway. Firstly, I'll admit that I did not read everything as this thread is almost 20 pages long. But personally I don't think the 10% more conceilment is the big deal here for BBs, the added dispersion to enemy shells is. Or at least for me this is the case.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but DDs are supposed to be the worst damage dealers in the game. Things like awards and DD prices (both in credits and doubloons) are configured for this and besides, DDs main task is to spot, not to farm damage.

May I ask you how you did this? I also have a pc as potato as @Odo_Toothless's Btw, if I want the port GPU usage to stop while being afk, I'd set up a training room and stay in the setup menu thingy, but this is obviously not an ideal situation.

No Please no. Totally wrong timing and tbf, I think WG needs to get the balance right first before I can get the fuzzy warm feeling for such ships back because I believe they are going a bit overboard lately.

I checked 2 of the ships in your little list and the 1st ship was a predreadnaught and the second was never even completed and broken up after having been towed to the scrapper. She never sailed on her own. There you go. I hope next time you get impatient, you use that to do your own homework instead of enticing someone else to do the homework for you.

I have a few ships that I actually set up as an AA ship, but it's true value lies in having the enemy CV be caught with his pants down (expecting an easy farm on me), but instead getting perhaps only a single run off which I dodge (yes the few ships I use this build on are agile) so the enemy CV basically doesn't even bother to attack me again. So the AA build is basically effective mostly to annoy the enemy carrier into not attacking me anymore But that's about it. It's mostly useful for when the enemy carrier is of lower tier then you. I'm not even sure the sectoring is worth it as usually the planes will simply linger within my AA bubble, getting damaged all the time by flying through my improved sector till it runs out and basically continues to farm me like my ship's AA consists of a group of blindfolded 5 year olds throwing rotten tomatos into the air.

These random potatoes (and occasionally even purposefully afk leaches) are a main reason why people playing ops often banded together and played ops in a div. It was to avoid the frustration of random teams, and rightfully so. Like going to a whiskey bar with a group of likeminded friends instead of with a group of total strangers who all have different skilllevels and different priorities. Because if I wanted the latter, I'd play randoms and ranked more often!
