I'm not sure which one I gotten. I finally tried it once and our team of randoms won with 4 stars. From the chat I did notice people were very happy "Finally people know what to do" so this gave me the impression that they had several fails earlier. I only played the single one and as I thought Raptor was only coming tomorrown, I logged out with the intent of trying Raptor tomorrow From what I can gather, the team really needs to hurry to stop both escapes from the 2 sides (the enemy CV was already behind that last rock and unspotted when it got hit by the accompanying cruiser in our final salvoes, on the other side 2 or 3 teammates were busy with the escaping transports and only a lone KGV was supporting the transports as they entered the harbor. This is where we seemingly lost the 5th star. I'd suggest to slow down the escaping vessels, delay their escape time as the Missouri and NM attacked the transports kinda the same time as those transports were already gettying away and I had to split off to intercept that enemy CV (by chance I had strayed away from our main group and still I wouldn't have made it!). From what I remember from the old Narai (which I've played extensively) is that the harbor fight was kinda epic.

This! Great improvement! Btw, I also noticed the little circle? It doesn't really bother me, but I think it would be nice if there is an option to disable it (for whatever reason). I still need to see how it will affect my gameplay but frankly I think it's an improvement.

Alaskas looks are pure metal ... (well you can fill in for yourself a 3 letter word that has to do with doing an activity in partnership with someone else...that is a good partner of yours ). And it wouldn't be the biggest of its kind (Kronstadt and Stalingrad are bigger I think? Not 100% sure though). I really hope they don't mess this one up. And even though adding more radar ships to the game is not a good idea (I'm not DD main but still I think adding more radar ships should be done VEEERY conservatively), Alaska should have radar. And good AA.

I recently started on the 4th mission, 0 stars so far. I did manage to do the 3rd position and heroic award a couple times, netting me 2 stars each time. I'm still doing Honorable Service campaign in parallel, also 4th mission atm. So far the supercrates from this campaign haven't netted me anything great or even good...except maybe a hydro module which I didn't really need anyway. I also got 100xthe -20% burning duration, which was already one of my most common signal flags...but at least it's a useful one and I can spam them for a while, which is nice

That was actually a better idea then to take Ryujo (in which I'm not really good vs any CV player decently skilled lol) I don't have GS. Perhaps I should've gotten her when she was really cheap few months ago

One can help 'lesser' playing by divving up with them! The fact that you don't mind getting your stats a bit lowered in order to teach a newling shows that you really care. Credits can be bought with €, just give them € if you want them to have more credits. Or donate some other stuff, there's ample opportunities that way. I do agree that it would be a nice feature as it can really help newer player boost (like it does in online RPGs), but in this particular game there's a wide consensus that it has negative side-effects which may be damaging to the game.

There is one campaign that includes tiers 5 or so? It's the (what I call) beginner campaign. I do kinda miss having a tier 7 campaign. I'm not sure if adding another permanent campaign (please do WG!! :D) for low tiers like 5 or so would be a good idea, due to sealclubbing. Don't get me wrong, I love playing some of the lower tier ships. But playing a random in tier 3 for whatever reason...it feel sooo wrong!

And with the current overflow of low/mid tier CVs, its AA helps a lot. Many games have 2 CVs now (was not so common to find CVs half a year ago). It's also a reason to not play mid-tier ships like Kongo anymore I think Pensa is the best. Sometimes can even cita BBs. Even citad a KGV once, I was like wtf?

Same here. But after that I'll usually do either a coop game, or play a game with Pensa to warm up. I guess the warming up is kinda my ritual

I did it in Pensa. I actually start to really like playing Pensa now In tier 7 it was just dreadful. Just don't bother angling in a Pensa to deflect anything, that thing couldn't even bounce a seagull But the guns (not the turrets!) are great!

Agreed. I'd prefer to be able to make a choice between coal or signal flags. SInce I actually use all kinds of signal flags (as I play different classes of ships) I don't really have a need for to be able to pick signal flags at a greatly inflated price. What good is it to me to be able to 'purchase', say, 20x ESCL if the coal takes the place of 15x all signal flags (with spread due to RNG)?

Putting Mosaic on my Izumo, then ending up in a battle on Tears of the desert with tier 10 CVs that tried to snipe each other and didn't bother to spot or give cover to teammates and the whole duration of the match the center of the map (it was Epicenter) was never capped by either team . The Montana that I was stalking for air cover got deleted by the enemy CVs seemingly only attack and went from 100% hp to like 2k health in one blow (with tons of planes) Did I mention that the game ended in a loss? And that Izumo s***s? And is ugly? Why is it in the game? Really looking forward to the carrier rework, mostly due to games like this one. Both CVs were on the same map, but playing an entirely different game then the rest of us.

Met @Shaka_D in battle yesterday. I was in my Pensa and he in his Cleveland in the other team. We chatted quite a bit in battle and in the end it turned into an odd battle, which could've gone being 'won' by either team. Suffice to say that some of the teammmember's actions were kinda...questionable. I did pretty well till I overstretched and was quickly taken out of the battle Till next time Shaka_D

That's the error I got on the live server. Previous PTS the arsenal worked fine. Haven't tested PTS 0.7.7. yet due to time.

You can make all kinds of silly scenarios in the training room. Tier 3 DD vs 12 Yamatos!

Then why do you blame it on shoddy server service?

It's not the firewall as I can't access the arsenal even if I completely disable it. It's not the mods, as removing them doesn't change anything. And I could access the arsenal fine when it was on PTS.

So how long do you reckon this is gonna take? I haven't been able to access my arsenal ever since it went live

I haven't been able to access my arsenal with the same error. I have no problem with my clan though I have been in mine for 9 months or so now?

From what I saw of the Kobayashi camos, I liked all of them. I liked the design and the art and the picked colors. But I didn't like that beer can. I haven't made up my mind yet about the eagle camos, I think I should try it out a couple times to see if I like it or not. Chances are my liking could end up anywhere. Heck, I'd even sail a pirate ship camo (or a halloween one).
