4 stars achieved, first time attempted with a CV. Our team consisted of a purple unicum in a Flint, one hidden guy in a Belfast, another 52% winrate player comparable in skill to me, myself in a Ranger, one 48% and 2 bad 46% players (in order of how high they ended in the score charts post battle, which was virtually identical to our winrates sorted from high to low). So basically 3 potatoes (1 of which wasn't too bad), me and another who didn't carry but weren't dead weight, and 2 players who carried. It was still a close call, the enemy bots were close to attacking the airfield.

I only started since august last year, but I've seen Brit BBs (basically HE spammers with good conceilment, squishy and with the upper tiers having zombie heal), Pan-Asian DDs (Largely USN DDs with deepwater torps (do more damage but can't hit DDs)), French BBs (BB with speed boost from tier 8) and the USN cruiser split most recently. There's tier 9 freemiums now (Musashi, Kronstadt, Missouri but it's already been removed), the meta changed from cruisers being overpowered by BBs to cruisers overpowering DDs with their radars (when there's no carrier as carriers are so OP they are gonna get reworked), some premiums were removed from sale (Belfast) and there's special captains with perks that are better then the standard captains you can recruit. There's operations now (scenario battles which are basically scripted coop battles with nicer rewards). There's also now 4 permanent campaigns, two of which you get a special captain as a reward.

On top of that, I got reported 3 times for my efforts, thanks, appreciated!!!! Because obviously I deserved it for not playing for the team!! Looks like I just need to camp more at C5 on this map, duely noted. (and yes, next time I get this map I'm actually gonna try staying in C5 as this is apparently more rewarding, right?). Mind you I'm not blaming the BB teammates camping in the back, obviously the game punished me for cowardly selfish play and rewarded the others for playing better then me. I got hit so bad I was focussed whenever I got spotted again. I'm complaining on how the game rewards camping farming damage on this map at C5 and punishes more agressive gameplay and punishes taking damage for the team. Quite quickly the enemy had ALL caps and we lost on points. Not only did I get SECOND LAST place in the list for my efforts, I got reported THREE times as a special post-battle kick-in-the-rear bonus here! It prompted me to log out, bye! Now my question to the community here is: Could anyone here tell me the most rewarding camping spots on all maps please? Perhaps then I could actually play the game the way it was apparently meant to be played, since I also want more rewards in xp/credits (and karma, since I then can report more people lol). *edit

I do like the idea of having it displayed as a single stat. Right now you can look at all the ships you damaged in post battle results and calculate the percentages manually.

I do find it a bit odd that this % damage isn't displayed as a stat (% damage/battle), but the standard damage/battle is.

I think they are already well aware of the 'issue' with the newest operation...it was kinda obviously as great a farm as Narai and pre-nerf Hermes were. Frankly I'd rather see the older pre-nerf versions instead of the newer ones...perhaps unless the newer ones are molded into some hardmode form?

The only thing missing are those pressure blasts visible on the water (or perhaps my pc is too potato )

Good call! I Will also take the Radio Location so I know where to run from! Can't tell if I was still running single fighter squad with the bot Hirju having 2 fighter squads, but for some reason I've always performed better in the Ranger (in coop that is).

Well you could also just take a look at the screenshot I provided I meant position not on the map (as my position in that Musashi game was frankly just horrible, which I was doing on purpose to prove a point), but position on the score chart after the battle had ended, where I had 2nd position. Well, the Missouri and Musashi games I purposefully camped at the back to prove a point. I do admit that my gains in the Missouri game were a bit lackluster (me being 3rd from the bottom instead of second from the bottom) but at least I didn't get negrepped 3 times and got virtually no toxicity puke all over me in the chat Those battles where I was camping wayyy in the back were indeed kinda entertaining. I literally LOL'ed when I saw I had ended as second best in base xp on my team in that Musashi game where I really REALLY had to try hard to not give in to my urge to not behave like a total borderliner and get in closer to the fight That Yamato game I played more like I normally would and it, by chance, turned into my highest damage game ever lol, missed out on a kraken alas but still, awesome game for me Yup. The games can go all over the place, worse then Bismarck dispersion at max range My team was indeed useless. Yup, I tried to push and overextended. I also made the mistake of noticing too late that they were ALL camping at C5 (well one was more in C6 I think) and I had to go around that island. It did not get me killed though, but I had so little hp left that whenever I fired a salvo, the enemies would try to make my little remaining hp dissipate. I kinda had to wait till my repair was back as my heal wouldn't be sufficient to counter the full duration of the fires. I think I did make a difference in getting that cap, but we lost it quickly afterwards. So from hindsight it was wasted hp, but I didn't expect my ahem..'team' to perform so poorly due to being so passive. The DDs (and especially also the Wooster) did a great job at playing for the objectives and I didn't want to fail them and have them die just so I could farm some more damage...which is what the other 4 BBs ended up being busy with Oh well, my mistake, I learned my lesson and I will play more campy as that's what gets more rewarded. I wasn't aware of this. I was only aware of some bug that apparently happened sometimes when trying to reenter a scenario battle.

Then again the game in my Musashi I was apparently the best BB position in my team? I was trying to illustrate my very selfish and cowardly way of playing the game (staying WAY behind my teammates on purpose, and getting better rewards for it).

Also untrue. Your concern regarding my OP was this: which was regarding my complaint after the battle had ended (which naturally includes ALL of my damage done in a match). And if this is to you so meaningness, why stick with it anyway? When this screenshot was taken, we got the cap perhaps due to me being near that cap in the first place. The enemy DD apparently was pushing outside the cap and ended up 6km from me (it was the OMNI DD player, by chance, so he knew a bit about the situation here), so was not running away from us. Still unfortunate for me to have took those torps instead of those campers who did nothing to help cap that cap, the cap was lost shortly afterwards (I had to cloak to repair etc) despite ALL other BBs being at C5.....

This is what I tried to do in the battle with my Lion. And yes I tried to attack and shoot targets with the little health I had left and could maxheal to. Sure didn't feel like I was having fun ... There was hardly anything I could do, I didn't get the Dreadnought medal for no reason. And I still claim that's what he did. You claim that he did not, which is still an incorrect argument. The very first post of him was a direct respons to my complaint about the lackluster reward for the entire battle, which includes my total sum of damage done. This here of him was a respons to my total amount of damage, which he assumed was the 14.6k that happened to have been in a screenshot of mine though it is obvious I never stated these damage numbers were final damage numbers. Besides the point that this isn't even relevant, it's also factually incorrect. What do you mean with more balanced? You mean by results? Being middle tier I'm naturally not inclined to stay in the back and camp at C5, but apparently that is the way to achieve 3rd place in my team and not run into any toxicity. Well, this couldn't be true as my topic supplies no relevant information to surviving being more rewarding as I managed to survive in all 3 games I mentioned. 3 games? Yes, I played a third tier 9 battle and, as Wilkatis suggested, tried to be NOT NOTHING to my team by camping in the back. This time in my Missouri, just look! I even was on same map, but other side. This time I camped at the back, H5. I marked the xp+++ spot for all to see! I at one time even gotten triple fire and did not bother to put it out haha, I just hid behind my teammates and unspotted for the free fire medal and its signals! And ZERO negreps, I was 3rd FROM BELOW, stil BETTER then trying to push and (according to Wilkatis) be NOTHING for my team Is this supposed to be how to play this game?? It sure is more rewarding this way and much less unfun! I mean, just look at how our DD compained about camping BBs (which was me, LOL) and ZERO negreps, no toxicity in the chat, it's more rewarding on all fronts except for trying to not behave like a braindead brick of uselessness Is this supposed to be more fun?? I marked my route of attack (lol) on the minimap, and I made sure to stay WAY in the back. Ah, well I played another quick game tier 9 BB, another tier 10 battle as is to be expected but this time I tried (like you pointed out earlier to me) to wine less and shoot more (from the back) and I managed to farm a fantastic amout of 60k damage while not ever going near any land and not using any heal. Look at this, SECOND PLACE in my team! You were right all along, the battle in my Lion I OBVIOUSLY was worth NOTHING to my team while sniping with AP only (as you suggested I had too much fire damage) from I line, it works! Thank you Wilkatis for pointing out how NOTHING as a player I was for trying to actually push a cap, camping at the edge literally is more rewarding and it's super easy haha! And no neg reports either!! No toxicity, look at how super great I was in my team! I could do this indefinitely till I got enough n00b rushers to win the battle for me!

Correct I do more damage if I had camped at C5 harder, thanks for your feedback, I'm gonna play more campy from now on! As I had mentioned in the chat (not readable for anyone here on the forums), I think the bottom tier BBs could be given at least some slack. The 2 tier 10 BBs are more to blame I think...oh wait I'm wrong here! They better rewards so I copy their playstyle and get +++ rewarded!

I'm really sorry and I respect you otherwise a lot, but if you're stating something so obviously wrong then I can't take you as seriously from now on, regardless of how proximately clsoe you might have been if you had only stated your "facts" as approximate instead of being 100% factual, despite you knowing in advace you don't know the full story here. You have any more tricks so I can camp harder, get more xp/credits and less reports for to better cover my actual more uselessness to the team? I will just camp harder! It's obviously the way to go, from ingame feedback as well as some of the constructive feedback I get here on the forums! Ima log right back into the game and camp like no tomorrow!
