Totally agree with you on the bad players part. I see the same thing happening. It's not the classes that are the problem, it's the drivers manning them. I don't agree on the lowering of max number of BBs though. I only find gameplay for cruisers problematic in the high tiers, but that's mostly due to the more open maps, especially maps like Tears of the Desert and Mountain Range (which to me is a tears of the cruiser v2.0) and maybe Loop. With cruisers, I prefer maps like Trap, Shatter (especially the middle part is often hillarious ), Okinawa (the top left part, obviously) and Sleeping Giant. Maps like North, Haven and 2 Brothers are also good for cruisers I think. And even though I don't like having 5 DDs each team myself, I'd prefer this number to not get lowered as it does diversify gameplay for me (yes even though it's in my disadvantage as a player that mostly plays BBs these days, but that's mostly because I find playing cruisers in the higher tiers kinda meh).

I checked on the wiki for some numbers and not considering DefAA it has better long range AA then ships like Missouri and virtually all USN cruisers. Btw, if Moskva is still better in CB and Stalingrad better in randoms, why would a standard 52% winrate casual CB player like me even grind the Moskva? I'd put hours into getting a ship that is clearly inferior for what I intend to do (play randoms). Same thing with Black, but that doesn't mean Black isn't OP

Missouri used to have a cook on the deck (the Seagul captain), but he was removed from the game files. Only in the harbor though, so no flying food whenever Missouri got hit

Well, I kinda have to agree with him a bit on the Stalingrad part, though his complaint could use a bit of help regarding his wording

Playing the Hipper 3 battles played today. Here are the outcomes: This is a taste of how the best battle I had today went, but is typical of how frustrating Hipper plays these days (except that it's above average damage for me per battle). As one can see, totally not enjoying this ship and this grind was to me in fact second worst grind till now (Izumo is first place). Fortunately I was able to grind a bit more quickly thanks to that +50% xp challenge for german ships so this grind is almost done, after which I'm rageselling this ship and erasing it from my memory! Mind you, no players here were at fault, nobody misbehaved (like teamdamage and ramming and whatsnot) and nobody was reported by me. Hence I did not wipe any of the names as it's the ship that I was battling with the most. It was more that I had already uploaded the bunch and am too lazy to do so, but feel free to let me know if I still broke any rules or something. I'm usually much more composed EDIT: Sold it. I feel much better now

I also missed it, but at that time I had barely started playing WoWS Though I do prefer the black ones. I don't like playing ranked either, perhaps there will be other ways of acquiring it in the future?

Well, when I look at what happened to Stalingrad...wth did they do with that ship? It's got better long range AA (which is the only one that really matters I think) then Missouri and then the USN cruisers? It's got 60 second DefAA on top of that? It's DefAA does a bit less bonus damage on top of the superb damage it already does. Are its main guns really as accurate in the game? I'm not one to quickly critique WG but giving something like Stalingrad to the best players seems to me like a spit in the face. What were they thinking when they were balancing it and then quickly buffed it like a madmen and right after that put a stamp on it "FINAL VERSION". What?? There was no feedback about this final version. Basically any of the test versions were inferior to the final one. I think it's a spit in the face for the testers as well, why even bother to playtest it if they are gonna put some insane UNTESTED buffs on it and making it final without even a chance for the testers to give feedback about this one? So now what's gonna happen? Am I gonna get citadelled consistently in my Yamato now from 15km away now that these things are floating about? I'm not getting this. But if this is the future then I don't want to be partof it. It seems either retarded or it's a spit in the face. But it's no good in my opinion. And why should I even bother now to continu to grind USSR cruiser line?

You could see it as a speedboost for to receive your daily crates a bit faster while also getting a bit of extra ecxp I do agree that the new ones are not as impressive as the 5 older ones. I do need credits though atm, I'm kinda broke

It was a real PITA to get I'm glad that I manage to earn it. I had been wondering about this camo being available or not, since I cannot see this or whether or not it's discounted. It's not even a very practical camo, it makes me a great and clearly visible target

You're not the only one caught by surprise by the fast removal of the GoNavy items, even though it was announced. I gotten my final 50 eagle tokens the second last day and thus didn't have a lot of time to consider what to spend them on. Imagine people who were on hollidays this summer and coming back to find their tokens missing? Lets hope WG does this better next time, but at least they did give nice credits for them (it's better then nothing and actually pretty welcome if one happens to be broke or not have premium account).

Iirc technically, the arsenal that's ingame is actually a website. So they are essentially copies of the exact same thing. I found it as, when I try to access the arsenal ingame, it displays an error message with this url and at first I couldn't access it with a web browser. But later someone on this forum game me a tip about vpn and I've been able to access it ever since, by this website that is Enjoy!

I suppose you meant those GoNavy tokens and not actual flags? The Go Navy event was temporary. It was announced beforehand that these tokens were going to be converted into credits as of 0.7.8

As I have noted earlier on the forums, is there any actual proof for this 'problem'? Most BB players I see do actually play decent, even if inexperienced. Many non-BB players tend to not have a clue themselves as to the actual behavior displayed by teammate BB players, often being ignorant or just plain arrogant themselves and simply blaming someone else for their perceived grave errors and supposedly empty spaces in their heads. What I see is all classes failing. I see DDs failing to cap and instead, go around the caps to spam torps. When the green BBs ask for spotting or are even getting torped themselves, only then will SOME of the DDs kidan start doing their own jobs. 10km is too close for BBs unless wanting to brawl, as it's within conceilment value so they cannot cloak to heal. Most BB players sit at 15km or so, sometimes even more if their opportunity target happens to be further away. I also see green DDs asking for support when I'm in a cruiser, so I go help them...and then they pop smoke and let me spot for them and tank for them (in my Hipper ) while they farm damage. I've seen cruiser players get deleted for their sometimes most questionable ingame behaviors. I've seen fail carriers, all classes have bad players! I've been accused of being the main cause of my team's failure despite me being in first position..and the person accusing me being the very last position. He died early on as top tier player and I made the battle a near loss. People are so ignorant in judging others. Best is to get proof of this 'problem' or I'm not buying it.

Hi. I tried to unpack your newest camo mod, but it gave errors for a lot of the camos. The version you posted earlier seems to have functional DDs files and I can open them using irfanview. I haven't tried ingame but I'm adept at modding so I should be fine
