Yes, this is an actual thing in WoWS and is part of WoWS culture. There is also a lot of REEEEE on the forums about people who come crying to the forums because they have gotten chatbanned again and they can't stop the urge to annoy people with their own personal inconveniences And be glad you didn't get any feedback on your 6 kills because even then sometimes you will get reported. And you know, the report button is how WoWS does the toxic thang as this cannot be chatbanned. Or at least not as far as I know

Does this say "Excessive capitalization, excessive use of font, excessive colours or excessive images"? Because posting a single image may actually be bannable, depending on how this line is interpreted. I'm pretty sure that it was supposed to mean that it is not bannable to use any of the mentioned features, unless it is done so in an excessive way. Good riddance, if this is indeed the case. I'm also considering removing AFT from nearly all my ships except Atlanta (which shares a captain with my Wooster, but I might end up splitting that captain up) and a few other ships that have some other benefit from this skill. But I haven't really looked at the skill reset yet except that I will be doing a lot of skill resetting

They are probably trying to cater to the people who voice that WG is not listening to them, as WG has actually stated that, to them, Conqueror and the rest of the HE battleships are fine. It's a waste of resources if you ask me.

Well, for one, this here sure looks like a question to me Strawman? You think I'm pulling your leg when I say that I find the Conqueror totally not frustrating to play against? Becasue I'm not. If that is a list of what makes Conq irritating, you should just REEEEE less, sorry dude. Do you think the conceilment really makes that much of a difference at 15km or so? Because it doesn't. Same for it having a hard to reacg citadel, most tier 10 battleships are actually very hard to citadel with the most notable exception being the Yamato.

Hold it. You are getting it terribly wrong right from the start. I was actually in favor of some of the AA ships (like Mino, Salem/DM and Wooster) being nearly impervious to planes and that any CV player should just stay away from them. I mean, they are kinda dedicated AA ships. It's really unfortunate for you to start off on a wrong footing like this. Well I made it work and I'm not even a DD main And again, I posted my most recent stats on the forums several times and it was ignored by the REEEEE people who ended up getting their wishes granted, alas. Yes. Perhaps the carrier has no other planes left to spawn or he just wants to ditch some fighters quick. Just to clarify, I wasn't talking about instagibbing, but about how frustrating the rocket planes are today. Terrible spotting range, terrible turning circle, slowest of all the planes, yada yada. I nowhere mentioned anything about instagibbing. The thing is that some other players wanted plane nerfs and they didn't seem to have to compromise? Which brings me back to my original statement that the rocket planes are overnerfed.

Why what? What is your question here? It's perfectly valid? It basically gives a list of advantages the Conqueror has but otoh you mention Conqueror is not OP. The advantages you summed up are advantages that make Conqueror stronger, but this list fails to give the disadvantages of the Conqueror and can therefor be considered biased. If you go with a Wooster vs a Henri, who will win? If you go with a DM vs a Stalingrad who will win? Do I see people whine about any tier 10 cruisers except Stalingrad and that ship is OP and has a couple other things going against it. But in other 1 on 1 skirmishes of same shiptype and same tier, it's kinda common for one to beat the other and part of this is because their role is different. And to some this will be annoying. And another thing is something that makes this more a REEEEEEEEE then a valid critisism. The Conqueror has no citadel, but your source doesn't claim that Conqueror has the weakest armor of all its brethren and will eat pen damage the most. It has very poor torp protection where a Yamato may hardly feel the torps (and torps do a lot of damage that can't be healed back) and I could keep up lengthening the list of what makes Conqueror itself frustrating to play in conparison to the other tier 10 ships and why the other ships are more powerful. So frankly, I don't consider this source of yours valid enough to warrant it being irritating. And personally I also don't see a Conq as irritating when I play my other battleships. If I want to disengage my non-Conq from a engagement from an enemy Conq, I can stealth up almost as well as Conq can when not taking land cover into consideration. It's really not that big of a deal to me. So frankly, I think these people are just not gitting gut enough, right? I totally agree with your last bit. I do not wish to make this a really big deal or something anyway, but then I also don't need to read these whines of people when some of these people whine with everything they disagree with because they know WG is going to listen to them eventually.

I mean, if I see a Conqueror on the enemy team, it gives me absolutely no extra negative feelings whatsoever, nor do I find it frustrating or annoying to play against one. There is absolutely nothing annoying about fighting them. Frankly, I think the people who do find them annoying and cry about the HE BBs are doing just that: Crying. I don't think they should be taken seriously. Saying "what they bring to the table" ends up being exactly as uninformative as "they are frustrating and annoying to play against, just because I said so". Yes there is. The argument is that they are not annoying or frustrating to play against. It is an argument because your argument is basically that they are frustrating and annoying to play against, for no good reason at all. I don't need to find a reason why they are not annoying, you need to find a reason why they are indeed annoying.

I totally agree with you here. I play all classes and I've proved that I could score very well playing hardly anything except DD right after the rework was released. Everything in the green and purple, but I saw none of the bbabyhaterz respond to that. Of course not, they just want to either yolo or be able to maximise their scores more so my succes with DD pre-carriernerfs was too inconvenient for them to digest. I find the rocket planes virtually useless, if only because they are so slow, they turn very poorly and the damage done to the larger ships is kinda equal to the damage done by using the more versatile planes. And I still see enemy DDs trying to follow me througout half of the match, which makes the match more unpleasant and more unfun to play for everybody except the enemy teammembers that hate carriers (but of course they will probably also don't like to see their DDs disappearing into the sunset in persuit of whatever ).

The rockets are overnerfed. They turn too slow, their spotting ability is shat now and the rockets aim too slow and un-aim too fast. On top of that they are the slowest aircraft now. DD survivability was fine right after the rework (particularly for DDs that had some decent AA), but the crying of the BBabyhaterz made WG reconsider. Too bad. The rocketplanes are kinda useless vs bots even (I'm referring particularly to KW as that's what I've been mostply playing lately). Even teammates tend to not even shoot the DDs as it's simply too unrewarding now so I'm left running away from DDs inside the harbor perhaps half of all games or so. Of course credit income is determined by the amount of damage done, damaging DDs is literally less rewarding as it is now (this doesn't go for XP reward, afaik).

Any idea how I can get the DPS from my AA mounts back? I vastly prefer those over the now implemented percentages which to me are kinda meaningless anyway.

I think our best bets are a new ranked season. Or a clan battles that is not tier 10 as stalingrad makes me want to throw up. And of course some other snowflaky event would be welcomes by me as well

I really don't like that the old map is gone. The new map is interesting in a way but I do understand what @Picturion is getting at when he mentions the overplanned maps that has every pixel and every rock exactly planned out. This is what happened to WoT maps and those maps are very artificial now and I really like maps to be more 'natural' as this invites creativity in making use of terrain. And this is not possible anymore when everything is already planned out and known by everybody, there's no more creativity in trying out really new stuff. I do kinda like the new iteration, but the old one was fun as well. It's as if it's totally different maps now. I think they should bring back the old Shards and rename the existing one as both versions are fun. I don't see why one version of the map should be preferred over the other, except that now fun content has been removed from the game entirely.

I don't really count tiers 5 and below as I barely play them. If I play a low tier, it will probably be Tachibana Lima or maybe Itchysushi or the Overpastasalad. Higher tiers my least played ships are Nelson and Salem. Salen is a good ship, but I simply end up playing ships that are more fun or part of my grind and Nelson I did play a couple times in Narai, but I prefer DoY over Nelson.
