Most fun ops for me were Dunkirk, Cherry, Hermes, Raptor (except for the bugs and before they made the CV have multiple exits which often causes a loss because CV outruns everyone and eats torps till it dies), Killer Whale and Narai with Narai, Dunkirk and (to a lesser degree) Cherry being the most fun to do with a group in a div. Defense can actually also be fun to do with a group in a div but is wayy less popular regardless. Aegis is more like having to be happy with just the loaf of bread because the CV rework took away all my cheese and butter. I mean with Aegis, I have truely become bored by it. Ultimate Failure I found the least enjoyable except the first 1 or first 2 iterations on PTS as those were fun. Narai is ok but I still enjoy KW. I don't play ops very often these days anymore but the main reason is because I don't enjoy this game that much anymore as a whole. Dunkirk and especially Sunray will make me reinstall the game if they ever come back. Perhaps Hermes as well. WG did sure try hard to make ops even less popular by halving the amount of operations and halving the rewards. They believe that doubling the rewards back to old levels again will not cause more players to play ops again because many players think it is too boring. These days I often opt to just play some coop or to log out and play a different game. Btw has anyone noticed that if you play with the ingame music disabled, that the game suddenly becomes just very boring?

This one comment alone (the single one about pandemic vehicle freedom) is actually reasonably sensible. But the problem is that it is more about politics and less about the game (this game). I think this explains it well.

Same. In the old system I got the reward on my EU, NA, CIS and ASIA account. So my PTS reward has now been cut by 75%. Though tbf, I wasn't playing a lot of PTS anymore anyway but it was a great way to try out the other servers. I'm also sorry to see my PTS account go. Was always kinda funny having an actual clan there for not really a good reason Will clans be the same on PTS btw?

The 2 weeks is one of the major reason why I decided to reinstall, if only until my premium time is spend again (and to see if I enjoy the game again). Then I got a supercrate (just a random one) and joked to my friend "Wait and see, this is gonna be premium time because WG wants me to spend more time in the game!" and it was 2 weeks premium time Not really complaining though, but when it does run out, there wouldn't be much point for me to stay any longer but we'll see. And agreed on your WoT reference, my thoughts exactly.

I have no intention of pulling a meme here... but somehow I feel like wargaming is the type of company that would not let this alone stop them from making that choice anyway. Or at least not by definition. But disregarding that, I think it's highly unlikely they are gonna keep this in as is as things are now. Another subject is the gimmicks though, not really on topic here but new lines getting stranger and weirder gimmicks is something I don't really like either. Next we might get lines of ships which get an inherent speed boost while within spotting range of 3 or more enemies and similarly far-fetched gimmicks like that. It's just getting more and more absurd (and I'm not talking about the fantasy camos because those can be disabled and otherwise have no ingame influence whatsoever anyway).

I've noticed WG taking WoWS down the gambling/addiction route for a few years now. This is even a main reason why one of my friends completely stopped playing WoWS (he literally did not like the game just kept trying to incentify him to log in every day and all day, or miss out and he got annoyed by it, just like I also have). It's a shame really, personally I believed WoWS never even needed that kind of poohah to be successful.

That review is obsolete now though. DoY got slapped big time with the brit citadel nerfs, she eats citadels from all angles when not top tier which makes the extra heal mostly useless except against HE spam perhaps.

This is the main issue I have with DoY after the brit BB citadel nerfs. I still take mine out for narai, but DoY is definitely not a primary pick at all anymore. Will still play DoY if there is a 200% but I prefer any of my other t7 premium BBs over DoY now.

I am pretty sure this is gonna get changed. Easiest way out would be to not allow any ship to use more than one charge at a time, with a cooldown time in between so people can have their triple Lyon 2021 airdropped edition fun

Been reading the ingame chat and the NA forums and apparently operations now give an average of 600 to 700 BXP for a 5 star win? And I just reinstalled the game again and get treated with a slap in the face? Without PvE this game is not for me. (and I mean this stealth change to PvE, but kinda also their generic stance towards PvE in the last year or 2) And not even mentioning this change in the patch notes is basically telling us we are not appreciated by wargaming as people who, as loyal (or now perhaps formerly loyal) customer, also enjoy playing PvE in their game. Or a different game, because I didn't stop playing games altogether in the last 4 months. Great update there, wargaming. And here I had just reinstalled the game and started playing again like 2 days ago and this is my welcome back. Oh and the code you guys had send me in the mail about the 5 containers because you liked my contributions so much? Yes, it had already expired when I tried to use it. Thanks huh? Makes me think WoWS is never gonna be balanced. I understood that LoL was the same way as imbalance spiced things up which the devs actually saw as a good thing.

Has anyone tried these bombers vs Kremlin deck armor yet btw? And I'm pretty sure the 12km radar will also be a relatively good counter to these new cruisers, how convenient.

Obviously it matters, as it will blind you and consequently you run the risk of making yourself look stupid. Not my problem howevers, do as you wish.
