You did not get his point...he knows how probability works, but is in doubt that WG mess with probability and gives some extra chance to guys who are not regular premium shop users (probably to encourage them to become ones)...and eaven i dont think WG is messing with that, on this (never ever had premium second or premium ship) account i get much more supercontainers than on other account where i have 25 premium ships and almost full time premium account.
