and it is ok. also i dont think you are "bad player" but "new player". bad player is somebody who is long enough here but just does not want to learn, new player is in learning curve and improves with time as he gets thru tiers and lines. For instance in WOT i am braindead idiot...have 10+k games and die in 3 minutes every time and have 50% wr...i can not blame others, but myself for not learning proper stuff eaven i know what should i learn.

in short - YES. and it is not problem in "the bad" part but in part where "new players" are still in phaze of learning ships and games. That is why i would also support idea that t8 premiums should not be sell to guys with 0 games in t8....but it is just my opinion.

i will give you answer you will not like....without at least 1 t10 it is better that you and other players is same situation keep away from any form of cometitive play and learn a bit more about game.7 it is not insoult but advice...learning curve in this game is not easy and short

i dont know how to give you ultimate proof except experience in play and watch how top 10 clans play most usually. I dont know from where to pull of official statistic form ship usage. CA have (usually) 2 tasks : flanking/kiting (where Moskva for obvious reason is not the best ones) and Zao/Hindy are much better taking strategic points near the cap and radar duty (where USA ones are more stealthy with significantly longer radar duration and higher DPS - on short ranges). Moskva with its bad detection ranges is focused before she can enter radar range and take good cover position.....also she is not ideal iceland huger (size, maneuverability) i did not say it is unplayable but Moskva and FR ca are least used (not counting clans that play with any ship they can muster) cruisers. you mentioned first season and yes we used it alot but slightly it got abandon thru seasons. Gearing was the ship for first season now it is not.....ships and meta is changing

i see you do not have clan, try it and everything will be clear to you why moskva is one of least played CA in CV...it just dont fits meta and Zao/hindy on other side and DM/WC do the job better.....Moskva is to "big" to play needed radar role in CV and most clans take USA ships for that

yes YY is the top choice for ranked CV Moskva is one of worst cruiser for compeetitive play, Zao, DM are much better for their role Worchester is not better than DM they are equal Montana is still number one BBs but yes Rep is also good. and from all things considered there is nowhere any evidence of powercreap. why compare competitive scene? well eaven alot of peoples do not play Cv or Ranked i think comeptitive scene is best to represent true powers of ships. if we go tier by tier...well on lover tier best sealcluber is "old" ijn DD :) FR BBs and Cruisers, KM dds and Cruisers in no way rolfstomps over older lines in any segment, statwise or competitiv scene...only line that is stronger is DW DDs line and offc will be RU BBS line with nukes....but till RU BBs there are no powercreap in this game

well yeah + he as exceptional player would carry eaven more in "proper" ship. Khaba is not a ship to cary games becasue it is to much of allarounder. but still OP can carry because captain wins over ships in this games

i compared t10 and t8 as "competitive tiers" (where most tournaments and CV, Ranked re played) and i do not see there domination of new lines....so it is much more than 3 ships, it is whole competitive scene. t4-5-6 who do [edited]care man? or you are supporter of t1 competitive scene?

so you manage to find 3 ships from new lines that are better than old lines and you think that prove "powercreap"? no....it shows perfect balance...on some tier one is better on other other. powercreap would be if new lines dominates in preformace over old ones and it is not the case. only ship that are in problems are torpedoboats and they are not powercreaped but more metashifted .

if you wont optimal ship for Ranked, aka best ship for its position and role aka best % to win games you WILL NOT sail Khaba if you wanna have FUN and do not give [edited]about optimising chance for win games you WILL PLAY KHABA......but no ide why you would be so selfish, if you like that ship randoms are perfectly fine to have fun

having or not having Stalingrad answer is easy, no there is no reason to play Moskva over Stalin......only if you like that particular ship and do not care about picking the best ship for its role

you probably press PVE instead "random"....there are no bots on lower tiers...if there are not enought players MM is shrinking games...one time i was in 4 vs 4 game....but never in :bot: game

DD with radar + smoke is and will always be OP...no matter bad torps, rest of us will play next best thing - flatcher :)

it is only way to argue...."old" t 10 lines are mandatory to CW..so where is powercreap? in which game?...in wot and wows there are not bots on any tier if you dont play PVE

same as why play Flatcher when Black is much better.....80% peoples will never gain Black of Stalingrad and that 20% will play upgrade version of silver ships aka Black, Stalin...

wot has 2x100k players per servers and lower tiers are packed and no bots....so no ida why we would have bots in wows....you know wowp has 3k peoples in peak hours

there are no powercrap in this games....one of oldest lines have most used ships in competitive...Montana, DM, Zao.....see....

when we have t 10 peoples cry about lower tiers...when we have t7,8 ranked peoples cried how it is bad and P2W tier where "money" wins stars by OP t7,8 premiums.....it seams forum crybabies are never happy

if you plaed wot you would see WG logic, and to part i agree t10 - competitive play=expencive t7-8 premiums= money and captain grind to "finance" t10 play

dinamic map= t10 ranked= lower tiers Campains/mission=mix FUN=whatever you prefer to play randoms
