It seams the first problem is in definition of Ranked. Is it competitive mode or is it mode made to give stuff in smaller randoms? After we agreed on this we can talk some more about it.

but it can.....if WG puts some restrictions to some content...lets says 55% (which is not so hard to gain) for Ranked battles to enter after R10.....it actively forces peoples to learn stuff. if you combine that with proper tutorial that WG should give players all tools to players if they wont "endgame". otherwise why not give all rewards to Co-op mode....why not give steel to Co-op and get over it. i am grinding legendary module for Yamato...on stage 4 you need 15 wins....you press play in Co-op and after 15 minutes you come back (watching movie with wife) and press another coop.....voila 15 games here. if we want this game to be like that give steel to Co-op and it would be far less frustrated and everybody will have available top rewards from this game.

yes, i dont think every player should have "right" to any content by default....there are plenty of games modes in WOWs....i really dont see it as big deal if 2 are excluding some players. When Stalingrad was CW only reward, 80% of player base would never had it...and i find it just OK...i find that PVP game should have bonus/malus sistem regarding skill or willlingles to imrpve. this ranked mode does not give a single push to players to git gud, it does not "force" the mto learn tactic, maps, ships, or eaven to use proper ships...it just learn them to press "battle" as mayn times possible.

i know WG says "current ranked are fine".....but they offered something new....so they are opened to change....and dont be mistaken, quick t5 ranked is test for "main" ranked changes i dont see how ranked in current state can bring "fun" or "challenge" to anyone involved in them. Most guys after reaching R1 are exausted and do not see this as fun time.... yes guys like OM who ranked in 40 games says it is fine.....but to most it is loooong grind where you have feeling you just can not influence game if your 2 dds run into cap, and got killed by wooster in second minute and type "[edited]radar, nerf radar"....most of my games are win or lose by who had more idiotic dds....you reall need to be superstar to overcom no DDs against other team alive DDs.

Right, and thats why they introduse t5 2 man teams in next ranked? teams in ranked...it was blasphemy 1 month ago..but still here we are...having 2 man premade in next ranked

First point, why ranked per se should be "free for anyone" ? Random, Co-op, operation, Arms race are free to all, and most if not all missions/campains can be finished playing those modes. Why ranked can not be closer to clanwars rather than to randoms? Why Ranked is basicly random in 7vs7. i don see why ranked could not be modified by one of this thingsthat wold eliminate grind: - limmited number of battles - minimum WR/PR/bas EXP required for ranked, or for Ranked leaguse....if you dont have lets say 55% in rendoms you can not go in R1-R5 tier. - couple of "tiers" of rankeds with different rewards for main prize....League 1/2/3 that would be sorted by WR or something and anbody could get R1 but in their own league. there is many things that can be done to remove endless grind (and it is for 95%) players, ok not for you with your 67%WR and full purple stats (but i am allways talking about rest of 95% players that can not solo win game)

but ranked should be skill mode for guys without clans....that was the intention...give skill mode to players that dont like clan "life"

lets check one uniqum player (60 wr%)...we would say he is far aboweaverage player for wows. now lets see his Ranked stats thru past seasons......so our 60% wr guy can not influance game and needs to grind casue he can ot compensate for team members...and we talk about uniqum player

yes and i ranked 1 but still it was not fun, it was not skill dependent, it was MM dependent will i ranked in 200 or 300 games

yes ,they stop 95% of players who can not compensate 3 abmisaly bad players in 7 man team, as i told there are not more than 5% unqums which can compensate for them. so most players, eaven if not bad, bud aboveaverage are drag down to looong grind

yelosus of what? also there is 50-50 chance he will be on my side so i will definitly not win more, and there would not be a problem if there a few of this kind of players, but Ranked is packed with free expers, 10 captain skills ships, and subskilled players. we have: pve scenarios randoms arms race ranked and none of this modes have any requirement regarding "skill" no idea why. if we look at some other online game, lets says WOW, only 5-15% players will experience endgame play (pve or pvp) due to not having enought "skill" aka gear and will to learn dungeons. or pure skill in direct fight and still they have millions of subscribers that ACCEPT thatthey will not play endgame and skilled modes if they dont git gud why WG is scarred to say to some players - no, you can not play this mode untill you meet xy benchmark other than t10 ship, but we have 5 others modes that are fun and you can play them untill you meet xy benchmark

why this affects me?....when he is my team it affects me cause in my opinion ranked should be "skill" mode and guys with 1000 k games peer season are not making Ranked "skill" mode but braindead grind mode

I know this guy. He is from my ex clan and country. He is in pension and has no money. He does not spend I dime in this game. He can not. But economy in this game is not a problem. T9 premiums cover all problems. He is now @20 k battles with 49 wr. I don't know how they can be happy when nobody is happy not even him. 1400 games in season before for R4.....it is 10 hours per day of plying Everybody are frustrated and after this experience of zomby grind a lot of players are fed with game and need a brake. It is not fun it is not a challange for nobody.

if you, your example, play mostly BBs, luck in getting DDs is key factor to win or lost games, how many times i saw all dds from my or other side die in first 2 minutes....side that loses all dds that fast is 90% loser side....on other side keeping star is easiest in BBs due to high DMG output and suvarvilibility, on other hand keeping star in dds is almost impossible. sadly, ranked is pure grind and 80% key factor to geting to R1 is persistence, 15% is choosing ship that mostly will save star for you and 5% is epic skill (probably 5% players have that) that can overturn 4 imbeciles in your team this is 3 R1 guy....look at WR and number of games per season

perfect example how this ranked season has nothing "normal in it"....player with 55% wr have 60% in ranked and playrs wit 65% in randoms have 53% in ranked....it is 0 skill, 100% luck of not getting morons

To reach R1 you dont need skill just the will.........so many dds with 10 point captains and 700 battles are in 5-1 bracket. so only thing you need to reach R1 i will and free time to press "battle" as much as needed....noting more
