@humpty_1 if you wanna object to this ship, it is not hit ratio, it is pen value and DPM, also it HE is bad...i call it 1050 DMG ship, cause 90% hits are 1050 :) and ONLY way to bypass that is to play it like flanking cruiser...you just need broadside ships if you really wanna hurt somebody. it is long ship but its speed and maneuverability is ok for flanking while other BBs just can not do that on t6 or they do not need to do it...but in PEF you need to do it if you want to have success in it. It is not a great ship, it is free premium ship and most of them are just MEH....but it is not ship from hell. i would call it perfect LEARNING ship that FORCES you to use position and BRAIN rather then strong side of ship. Everybody can do good in Belfast (eaven potatoes), only good player can do good in bad ship.

i just dont get this idiotic train....IT SUCKSSSSSSS....and than you look at stat of ship and poster stats?!?! and it is not their worst ship..i just dont get it and this is one of best example, poster is crying how this ship has bad guuns but in fact he has 10% more hitratio than any other ship in his t6 BBs arsenal...how, what the hell, where is the brain?

funny thing - it is one of more precise BB on t 6, also other funny thing is that it is your second best t6 BBs performar out of 5 of them. and most funny thing of all of them is your hit ratio: PEF - 36,17% Mexico - 25,97% QE - 26,22% Normandie - 24,22% Warspite 20,53% so what the hell are you talking about? you have 10% more hit reatio in it than in second best ship....MAN WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?????

Here it is and now part about buying S....well when you compare t6 freeemium with t7 ship that can only be bought by real money i can compare all of them with prize ship. that is why i said it is idiotic to "recommend" Scharnhorst over PEF

with this ship you also got "lolz" citadeling 19 km BBs....And you will never overpen citadel spot, so when close, aim lower, water will slow down shell and it will lose speed and pen value

Shima torps does from 8 -12 k dmg in average. It is smaller then AP from BBs. And Montana can fire 12 of them every 28 sec -
i know most battles are over lest month because it was released month ago :) but thing is that nobody can claim than PEF is only bought by good players, in fact i would say (personal opinion) that peoples who can not get steel taht easy are ones who bought capmpain.

we now have of 100 k games in PEF Still second BBs in win rate and funny enough it is fifth ship by WR aout of all t6 ships

we miss battlecruiser class in game, i guess we will get them soon with introducing them in larger numbers last couple of mounths....Kron, Stalin, Azuma, PEF, Graf...

no, it is average....i just object to "it is garbage" style of comments because it is not new Belfast. For me even it is not a fun play stile. I dont like BBs play stile....boring....you shoot every 30 sec :) but ship is not garbage, it is average t6 ship that you can pull good scores if you know how to play, and if you do not know how to play this ship will not play for you (like Belfast)

yeah i know PEF is not great ship, in the end it is free premium ship, and most free premiums are "meh" (Cossac, KamikazeR are great ships). But for me "fun" is more tied to role and play style of a ship rather than its strengths....for me Atlanta is fun ship but in reality it is bad, extremely situational ship that needs high tier captain (AFT, IFHE, Stealth) to eaven be consider as a ship, but it is fun :) Same as full IFHE secondarie built on BBs, it is fun, but it is far far far away for any competitive play or setup.

So in the end DPM is directly translated to fun, because faster reload will not change much to play stile of this ship

i just dont get one thing, you say ship is BORING...would 2 sec faster reload make him more fun? 2 second faster reload for sure will increase its DPM but does DPM dictate how FUN is ship? You could give him more armor....more armor=more fun? or maybe fun for you = OP.....Saipan is fun, Black is fun, Stalingrad is fun, Belfast is fun, Gremy is fun? Is fun proportional to OPnes of a ship?

for fun factor for sure.....most PEF secondaries a re 100mm , so 0 dmg to BBs, t6 have short range (7,2 km) and even manual secondaries skill become useful on t7+. nothing beats stealth / tank build in efficiency....but damn secondaries are fun, no question about that.

as any t6 BBs......on other note...why would anybody excessive play t6 battles ? We al know OP stats farmers are on t7 :)

I think it is just wrong that CQ can with 3 salvos deplete cruiser with ALL AAA guns. So i voted disabled than destroyed. -
