problem is that Smolensk equiped for any kind of oposition....great stealth, brutal DPS, hydro, torps, HE, AP.....there is no downside to this ship....thats why it is single strongest ships in game, rivaled by Belfast (where belfast has no near DPS of Smolensk but has radar)....if you go for dedicated DMG farm only sky is the limit, if you play the objective anything below 100 is epicly bad game. 3 man division, 1 dd, 2 smolensk can and will whype out whole enemie team

he cares because he lost 40-50 k before proxy spot me....nothing in this world melts peoples like Smolensk..and from 3 km i will hit him with all torps

smoke happens :) one (true story) Kremlin poped oun 8 km from me in Smolensk, i smoked and did 78 k dmg to him in 30 sec...he died i lived......0 skill invovled

Smolensk = 130 k dmg garantired in bad game. YOu just can not do less than 100 k dmg in this ship.....and peoles cryed about CV :) :) :) :)

I like GZ.....it is on weaker side of spectrum...Bombers are main problem. sometimes with perfect aim left bombs goe right, right bomb goes left and you mis GK :) She needs buff to bombers, give it 3th bomber or make those to bombs very precize.

I bought this CV (i like CVs and have all 5 premium ones) because of its history value and because i got 25% (or was it 30%) discount coupon. She is not bad ship, but it is worst than silver RN sister. Main problem, for me, are not slow planes. That can be somehow bypass by better positioning. My main problem is bombers. and their smaller pen value. Ark has slower planes, and they are t4 planes. to compensate this there are more of them so we can say in that department it is OK trade. BUT no matter number of bombers when they shatter on every t8 BBs, alot of T6 bbs....they are firestarters. On other hand silver t6 has bombers with more pen and it will do 2-3 k to t8 bbs + fires. And that is very big difference on t6 and gives strong advantage to silver t6 in versatility of strikes and raw dmg

Ffs what a dd must do to pass 2k mark? so 120 k dmg is not enough and 4 kills (2 devastating)?....ok there were alot of dmg to BBs......but there were 2 solo caps and 1 assisted...+ 40 k spoting dmg. Only thing i could grasp is that dmg was done to 2 ters lower ships....but still.... 1983 base exp it looks like game do not reward dmg, it do not reward caps it does not reward spotting, it does not reward kills....wtf is DD rewarded?

I still have problem with this full secondaries built :) Isnt bismarck much more suited for this role? Better armor, better HE spam protection, hydro for aggressive push? I like this ship, but struggle to put him to work, i have average 77 k dmg (and abmisaly bad WR, ok small numer of games), which is lower than Odo-s full secondarie (i run tank)....i did try seondarie and floped eaven harder..... i like speed i like reload i like lightning fast shells but 8 guns, HE hurts alot, 380 caliber....grrrrr

i just wonder how with IFHE/manual (you can not have stealth) you manage to "sneak" up and not get burned down (again you do not have tan build) by tX cruisers :) (we all know X games are your 80% games :) also if i am not mistaken he has 105 guns? With IFHE you shatter on most BBs, right?

Voted monthly fee. - it would reduce need for premium ships, new gimmicks and OP ships - it would remove "casual 43% WR guys that are here just "to have fun" (more population is good, but not what we have now) - it would reduce need for gimmic events/loot boxes thats enought for me -

DDs - most dynamic play, but frustrating many times, especially with 4 radars and double cvs :) P.S. @Bear_Necessities with pool it would be easier to follow progress :)

well this could be true - rage part Now it is BB domain for most part...if i had to chose form those 2 opposite side i would choose DD domination, because it is harder to cap than to spam 20 km rain of HELL from Conqueror, or bow tank in yamato, or sail in RU deatstar. off course middle ground would be the best way, but i doubt WC can balans thing.

i do not have that experience...i see alot of "flanking", "CV hunting" line A/10 play dds, like shimas with 20 km torps and so on...

off course caps do give some point, but in my opinion, to modest. Basically game is not rewording (enough) caping which is high risk for DD....it is harder than spam fire on BBs from smoke or 14 km range. There are nor high rish/high reward in DD game play....it rewards "safe play", spamming torps from range, spamming HE on bbs......and we wonder why enormous number of dds do not even try to cap crap whole game. why would they?

Zero cap, 12 asist capture points (basicly nothing).....well this kind proves my point.....game rewards "bad" play, ignoring dds role as caper and just spam dmg.....50 k fire dmg....just very poor way to reward dd game play

i thought this game was a solid test :) yes they give some reward, but i see not "proof" of them big big or relevant

I was always here, but grinding Benham so no time to forumwars :) Bolded part is "problem", i do not see games rewards you for caps. Otherwise 120 k dmg + 2 solo caps + 1 assisted (game was won on poits btw and i was last shp sailing frm our team) should generate more EXP. Damn :) RN BB HE spammer passed 2k mark dooing simmilar dmg to mine, 0 caps...but he was t7.....which leads me to conclusion that game gives crap about caps right now, just the dmg and difference to what tier dmg was done.

Hi. :) i dont know why so experienced player missed point that i am aware that dmg part is what it is (bbs, 2 tier lower) but what puzzles me is that on top of that there are 2 solo caps and 1 assisted (which should be DDs primary job). and it seams that part was rewarded wit almost nothing EXP. is it a whine? Probably it is. But not part about EXP for dmg, but part about EXP for capping. Capping + spotting should be DDs primary EXP builder, not DMG....... Nobody can cap as DD, DD is second best spotter (CV) in game and most EXP he is getting from thing that is his secondary role and in which he basically sucks compared to all other classes - DMG. Khaba (as top DPS of all dds) is on 45 place of top DPS-ers in game with exactly half the dmg of top DPS-er in game. or to put it in perspective, not a single t10 dd out DPS any other class on tx bracked.....and most EXP dds get from - dmg.....sounds logic :)

Average numbers do not agree here . Bbs average 2x dds dmg tier per tier
