Why they lack on dmg department? Winrate?

That is my argument why cv do not disturbed balance much. About stats of cv they are not rising. Just stop looking day by day stats. Look last 2 months and compare so period before.

Problem is that there are no much good CV players so this is just in theory discussion now. That's my point all the way.

Single good cv is as rare as detonation. Not messing with overal game balance.

Just look @ average performance of CVs on any tier except 4 and you will see that CV in general are not dooing great in any important stat. i could pull you stats again, but in general i think we all know that statisticly CV does not show single OP thing. Your main point is that my CV wins for me while i play DD and that is absurd...why does your cv dont win for you if it is all in hands of CV? also ignoring average skill of CAPTAINS in ship is totaly wrong and that is what distords this discusion. Cv (or any other OP ship) is only OP as captain in him is good or bad....and there are hord of bad CVs that do not infuelnce the game if you have any idea how to "play safe" agains him. Most bad and even some good CV will leave you if you are "hard" target and will go farm dmg on some noob who actualy do nothing for team and that gives you oportunitiy to win game while their CV rapes uninportant target .

This would be truth if CVs toping the score....but we all know it is not the truth

well i can see their point also....they work with what they have (player base)....for instance if they would balance ship according to their max potential (that 5% or less player can pulll out of ship) most ships would be overnerfed for majority of community who couldn't do crap in it. And that is valid point that can not be overlooked. Also, in current state of CV AND state of playerbase WHO PLAYS CV they are not that big problem and most players can deal with it and still carr games against CV in game. Most conversation and argument here is theorycrafting what would be if everybody could use CV to their strenght..once you actually log into game you have whole other dimension of reality where it is more common for CV to end last on scoreboard than to carry team. in theory CV are big problem for this game, but IN GAME they are not because of - players who drive it.

This is my last 120 and some game. It is clearly that wining in DD is impossible due to cv that kills you and spots you all the match. Right. Keep the mantra. Fact is that there are 80% or more extremely bad cv players that you do not care for and play as they are not in game. 15 % good that you need to be careful and only 1% that will dominate you by using full potential of CV. And than you have 50-50 chance that this 1% player ends in your side.

So i read on this ship from WG: "Poltava excels in long-range engagements. The ship's guns are highly accurate" Than i go on YT and it looks like consensus is - bad accuracy and horrible disperzion (all YT videos are from today) Did anybody get it?

Thats why you take ship with solid secondaies and without manual secondaries (with manual secondaries they do not fire if you do not select ship)...and you set course to cap....there will be enemies, your secondaries will shoot....you will not be on 0 ...i had 50 k dmg sometimes. also it depends how many premium and tx ships you have...if i am not mistaken i got 4-5k steel from it or more

or you take steel from showflakes, enter Coop, go to toilet...colesct steel after 5 minutes....if you call that playing.....well than you neded to play for it :)

Nothing...except for your bad time in WOWS it is not CV or any class fault but, as you admitted you skipped LTP faze end entered higher tiers totally unprepared. Naturally it is not fun to get owned by more experienced players. And your team in higher tier has much lower chance with inexperienced player in team. YOu are on of reason why games ussualy ends quicly in defeat...it is not the game, it is not the class...it is you. Also you view of the game is totally distorted because you are cannofoder for anybody with experience. And you are cannofoder becasue you do not know basic mechanc of the game. And pls do not even go the path "stats do not show a thing" becasue mate your stats shows everything.....WR...ok bad luck....PR? this is not bad luck. You actively working against your team. Again LTP issue. I have most games played in DD...i know CV are your enemies...still have like 10% more WR than you....fighting against same CVs....other better players have +20% on you and +10% on me in WR in DDs....it is all down to skill of you.....when you admit that we can talk more.
