Bots in assymetric at least were so predictable that it didnt matter how good their aim was. Thet always aimed for the dds and cruisers. So in a bb you could just sail in close and delete them.

I usually use up my 15 comps per day. And I usually send an in port message saying why. It can be the guy who carried the team. it can be the dd doing spotting and capping and clearly sacrificing his own farming in order to spot instead. it can be the bottom tier hopeless cruiser actually performing well above expectation even if he doesnt even make top 5 in the team. If I see something I enjoy or think is well played I prefer telling the player so. And a sad number of times I receive the response that they never had this before. I dont care if its the guy who sunk me and won the game for his team if I think it was well played. I have - after too many bans - given up on critisising anyone. 😬

In a dd I am happy to see a lot of bbs. They are prey!😊 To torp and to set fire to. In a cruiser I am happy to see a lot of bbs. To HE spam from afar. 1v1 it has to be a very good bb player to survive me these days.

I agree with your points. clearly WG is a money making business and everyone understands a business must make money to survive and grow. No one begrudges then that! But flying in the face of 90% (or so) of the playerbase time and time again is NOT good long term business. So now they have pump out more gimmicky ships to sell in order to rotate short term players in a sufficient rate. When almost 100% of the players said NO to the cv rework and then the subs and WG just went ahead anyway shows a curiously strange approach to business. And then most of the events, sales, shiplines and so forth have been in the same fashion. I dislike cvs because of the endless stream of planes chucked out and the lack of countering them. I dislike subs due to the homing torps primerely. A stupid thing!! When the best defense against subs when in a dd is to run something is wrong! And yes, as long as there is no real option out there they can ignore us!

I agree. Those sniper accurate guns of those two ships are fearsome even when zipping around in 50+ knots! dds or not. 😊

Algerie is only a long distance HE spammer. It sucks at the rest and should only close distance at the end. Turrets are too slow and reload is too slow as well for any kind of close quarter fighting. But from far away she is good. Popping speedboost when needed. Setting bbs on fire. And at the end she can do quite well with hydro and torps and hard hitting guns. Martell is excellent! Saint Luis is crap! Too big and easy to hit. Henry is still a very good cruiser!
