Out of curiosity since we stopped having the choice between running premium consumables and standard one. Do the numbers in the dev blog already include the additional charge from the new standard consumables or do we have to add +2 to get the number for running a ship with SI?

Well, the detailed result screen tells you who damaged your ship for what amount and who landed the final blow. Given that information it shouldn't be too hard to use the replay to figure out what went wrong...

Time to play A. Coopers "poison"... ... In regards to the topic ifhe is pretty much a practical waste on any RN DD IMHO. 1. If it's a BB you do nothing except slashing your fire chance by half. 2. If it is a DD you don't need it anymore on Daring and Jütland, so I'd rather spend the points elsewhere and dds are your main gun target anyway. 3. If a cruiser shows you broadside you're better off using AP. 4. If a cruiser rushes you bow on you have other problems and unless you two are the last people standing and he is ultra low on HP I'd not pick the fight anyway. So the practicality of a scenario where ifhe gives you any benefit is ultra low and also depends on facing of vs a cruiser where the bow armor ain't 27mm or partially protected by a ice breaker armor scheme, which reduces your target zone to a degree where your are better of aiming for the superstructure instead.

Mir ist es zu warm, um mir ne Jacke anzuziehen, aber deine Sichtweise ist auch sehr verkürzt. 1. Ich kann anstelle von dem sinnlosen AFT beispielsweise auch RL mitnehmen, in dem Fall unterstützt man sein Team bei der Informationsgewinnung und schützt es davor vom DD geflankt zu werden, wenn der eigene DD entweder keine RL geskillt hat, die Information davon nicht teilt oder wegen Dummheit oder Übermut in Minute 2 in den feindlichen Lemmingtrain reinjodelt 2. DE ist nicht zwingend ne Egogeschichte, der Effekt geht über den eigenen Schaden und die daraus gewonnenen XP/Creds hinaus 3. Anderen Ego-Teamplay zu unterstellen, ohne deren Spielweise zu kennen... mkay, kann man machen. Ist für mich aber kein moralisch sehr hohes Ross, sondern eher Unvernunft... 4. Radar Modul ist Teamplay, aber okay da scheint man unterschiedlicher Ansicht zu sein. Stichwort Render-Delay fürs Team....

Don't care, I am lucky enough to own both Belfast and Kutuzov and between those two I don't really need a gimped t8 Edinburgh. I mean if I just want to annoy BB players by setting them on fire I'd rather pick AK. Better range, better gun handling and better smoke. Has also torps for self defence, so I only miss out on a shitty cleveland radar. If I want a radar with decent range and guns that wreck DDs, I'd rather pick Edinburgh. Why because with only a few 40sec Smokes, no option to stealth radar you really need to play in a division with a DD to make this ship shine. But if you do so, why not just pick Edinburgh instead? Better radar, better torps and a heal. So to me it's pretty much a ship for either proud Brits or collectors of historical ships who missed out on getting the real deal for whatever reasons and don't want to play the Christmas crate lottery. If it had the normal amount of RN DD Smokes maybe, but as it is? Naaaah, not for me... Even if I didn't had the T7 original.

Es ist eben nicht von wg gewollt, das man sich ohne hinreichendes Spielverständnis als f2p Player auf T10 eine goldene Nase verdient. Was ich auch verstehen kann, von irgendwas muß die Firma ja leben und man kann eben jedem Spieler die tirpitz nur einmal verkaufen (bzw. Zweimal in Form der Black, dann ist aber Schluß)... Das Problem ist also nicht wg, sondern das der Themenersteller und seine Offiziere den Mitgliedern nix beibringen und wenn man dann eben für nen Premium acc oder perma tarnungen nichts zahlen will, dann muß man eben die halbe Spielzeit eben auch mal kleine tierstufen fahren. Wo ist da jetzt das Drama? Tante Edit : in meinem Clan gibt es auch nen ganzen Haufen Spieler mit maximal durch bis unterdurchschnittlichen Stats, die unter 50% WR und gelb - orangen Stats rumgurken. Von denen höre ich solche Beschwerden komischerweise nicht... Die haben aber eben entweder nen prem oder spielen gerne mal T7 oder kleiner um Geld zu drucken.

Erster Eindruck? Ich hab ne T7 Belfast, ich seh bei dem t8 Kahn nix was mich dazu verleiten sollte zusätzlich noch eine t8 Version haben zu müssen. Selbst wenn ich keine auf T7 hätte, wozu? Nebel HE Spam kann ne Kutu auch. Okay, die hat auch nicht jeder. Aber selbst ohne die zwei? Mit dem pseudo Nebel funzt das Schiff nur in einer div mit DD und dann kann man auch gleich ne edi mit Radar spielen, die hat die besseren torps, heal und haut mit ihrer AP DDs auch gut weg. Kostet eines nix, perma tarnungen für t8 konnte man sich für die auch erspielen.

Moskau braucht definitiv keinen trägheitszünder, da der Durchschlag der Sprenggranaten eh hoch genug ist. Bei Stufe 7 bis 9 gibt es eigentlich keine allgemeingültige Antwort. Sowohl bei Stufe 6 und Stufe 7 ist der trägheitszünder je nach Zusammensetzung des gegnerischen Teams mal nützlich und mal nicht. Das liegt daran dass man gegen Schlachtschiffe der Stufe 6 und 7 den Skill zum überwinden der 26mm Bug und heck Panzerung braucht, man damit aber nicht über die Panzerung der Schlachtschiffe auf Tierstufe 8+ kommt. Bei der Chapa bringt es dich über die 32er Schwelle, das war es dann aber auch. Kann man machen, hat aber nun im Gegensatz zu früher einen hohen Malus auf die brandchance. Da die AP hier aber weniger geil ist als auf den beiden nachfolgenden Schiffen, sicherlich ne Überlegung wert. Ich fahr meine Kutu auf t8 immer noch mit ifhe, beim DimiDonski Regrind für die Alexander und die Alexander selber hab ich es mir dann gespart, weil zu hoher Verlust bei der Brandchance, zuviele neue bbs Schiffe im MM wo es mir ausser bei Bug und heck nix bringt und die AP ist gerade bei der AN gut das sich cleverer Wechsel lohnt. Elite Schütze braucht man auf der AN auch mit Nachladezeit Modul nicht, wenn du den Kapitän mitnehmen willst würde ich mir das sparen.

Die AP der Russen ist gut, besonders weil man dank der schnellen Geschosse leichter gezielt die Zonen anvisieren kann, wo sie auch wirkt. Das ändert aber nichts an den grundlegenden Mechaniken des Spiels. Soll heißen solange der Winkel nicht stimmt oder die Penetration auf der Distanz nicht ausreicht, ist HE eben meistens die bessere Wahl. Denn die legt selbst wenn sie keinen Schaden erzeugt eben noch Brände. Die ganzen russischen leichten Kreuzer sind erst einmal wie jeder andere Kreuzer mit Kaliber 150-155 HE spammer, AP dient dann gezielt eingesetzt dazu den Schaden zu boosten bzw Stellungsfehler zu bestrafen. Sie sind nicht dafür gedacht primär AP lastig gespielt zu werden, den Stil hast du mangels schlechter HE Alpha und DPM bei den neuen schweren Kreuzern. Da schießt du ap solange du kannst und he nur dann wenn du mußt. Sinnvoll ist es also sich bei wowsft die AP pen kurven für die Schiffe anzuschauen und daraus abzuleiten, ab welchen Distanzen die AP BB's und Kreuzern jeweils im Schnitt gefährlich wird. Wenn die Bedingungen erfüllt sind switcht man um, ansonsten schießt man eben HE.

Because sanity... at least for me leaving out the t2-4 ships helps keeping mine. I mean what kind of people own a bunch of T2-4 prems? Most likely Vets, along with some ultra-whales. And neither group really "needs" 1-3 dozen more WG-A camos on top of what they get from their T5-7 ships. For me the event looks fine, as far as we can tell so far w/o knowing both the tasks for the dockyard event (since the campaign doesn't seem time gated, who cares how hard this one will be) and how many crates one can get for the collection / how bad the exchange rate for copies is. Don't say no to free T9 permaflages (and it doesn't look too goofy, not like the filth event ones or the go navy one for Worcester), SC and gift crates for high-tier ships is always nice. Can't say I really care about the camos, but knowing me I will still spend the first week yolo-ing through all my ships in COOP, to knock off the snowflakes. Dockyardevent? Signals and coal I will take, not sure I will spend dubs on Anchorage unless I get them for free from the SCs. Can't say I liked playing Buffalo at T9 and when it comes to HE spam cruisers sitting in smoke, I already own Kutu...

? Schneeflocken sind doch da: SC, darunter dann Gift Container und WG Gebu Tarnungen. Stahl und Kohle gab es afaik exakt einmal bei dem ersten Schneeflocken-Event zu Weihnachten, das Gebu-Event letztes Jahr hatte meine ich auch genau dieselbe Zusammensetzung (SC für T10, Gift Container für T8-9, T5-7 dann Tarnungen).... Ist für mich nen gutes Event, soweit man das ohne Wissen der Auftragen für die Direktive sagen kann. - Man bekommt mindestens 2 Perma-Tarnungen für T9, wenn nicht sogar mehr. Die okay aussehen, aber Perma-Tarnung für Feldzug+Sammlung Grind nehme ich dankend an. Die Quizfrage wird nur sein, wie hoch die Chance ist wegen Dubletten die Sammlung nicht abschließen zu können. - Selbst wenn man auf die Anchorage verzichtet, sehe ich da auf den ersten Blick ~17,5k Kohle und diverse Spezial-Signale - Rest ist wie jedes Jahr quasi

Für die nicht wirklich bierernstgemeinte Message reicht die WR aber, war ja auch das Sortierkriterium des Themenerstellers. Ansonsten hätte ich da noch als Killerargument: Für so nen Spaßbeitrag steh ich doch nicht aus dem Bett auf und mach den Rechner an, nur damit der Screenie schön wird. 1. The game saves replay files automatically (last 20 matches). Providing that file would help, because with the data you provided it is nigh impossible to evaluate what has happened and what you could have done better. Leaving the question aside if he glitched or you were simply lacking the understanding how the game works. My bet would be that's it is more of a knowledge gap issue and not a glitch. 2. The game has some kind of new player protection, but that is tied to lower Tiers and a certain amount of games only. You passed both thresholds, so don't expect any changes. Game dev clearly said that outside of competitive modes there will be no skill based matchmaking 3. Given your stats I would argue that you have made one of the typical new player errors and it's biting you hard. You progressed to high too fast... The game looks easy on a first glance, but there are a lot of mechanics behind it that require effort and understanding to do well. Sadly inside the game itself the devs don't do quite well teaching you these mechanics, so you need to look for external sources or the how it works videos from WG on yt. Sadly this takes time and most people skip doing so. Add then that it is quite easy nowadays to progress to higher Tiers within a few hundred games, you then end up facing people who know more about the game then you and punish you for your ignorance. Also the higher the tier, the more game mechanics like radar or aircraft carriers you get. If you want to stick with the game and get better, the best things you could do would be: - post the replay file - find a casual clan that goes into the effort teaching new players how the game works - spend some time outside of the game learning the mechanics behind it, like watching those damned WG how it works videos. They are not perfect but a good start nonetheless. - go back to a lower tier until you get the hang of it and contribute more to a match. All this should lead to your win rate rising. Getting matched vs better players is one thing you can't dodge on the other hand.

Ich hatte das Problem mit den Containern der zweiten Welle, wo WG erstmals auf dieses tolle System umgestellt hat. ( Gier schlägt Lesevermögen). Meine Lösung war deswegen ganz einfach. Ich hab bei der aktuellen Kooperation die im Rahmen von Twitch prime für mich frei erspielbaren Container mitgenommen und dann dankend davon Abstand genommen, weitere Container für echtes Geld erwerben zu wollen.
