It has not been explained in a way that makes sense, cause it doesnt make sense and there is no explanation you can give me. Ive thought of everything under the stars and tried everything to try and explain why this happens in a way so that I can improve on it. But there simply is no way to improve on it, there is no way to counter it. If youre interested I can upload every single replay I do and show you and then you can tell me why I cant win. Someone told me once, 33% youll win no matter what, 33% youll lose no matter what. Its the other 33% where you can make a difference. However those first 33% is non existant to me, atleast for a few weeks after Ive bought a new ship. I am always, and I mean ALWAYS put in the worse team, even in the rare wins Im fighting an uphill struggle. I can go to every one of the games Ive had today, defeats or wins (only won one game so far) and inspect each and every account and I can bet you thousands of dollars that in every single one of those games my team has a lower overall winrate, not per ship but by account. The only way for me to counter this is to division up with someone who hasnt recently made a big purchase, if I do that I will get those 33% back and win around half my games, sometimes more if Im able to carry. Its so obviously rigged its hilarious. The more obvious thing is that it works on all WG titles. I havent played WoT now for several months, I dont have premium account in WoT and I havent bought anything for several months. I can bet you, and I can bet you a LOT of money that if I logged in to WoT now and played 10 battles I would win a majority if not all of them. Even if Im properly bad at that game. This game works the same exact way. If I stay away from the game, like when I uninstalled it for several weeks, I will be able to win games again. Because that has happend so many times in the past. I reinstalled the game after a month or so away. Played for a full week and won 60-80% of my battles and had a great time, for the entire week. So I celebrated by buying myself a Tirpitz, played one game in it which I won and then logged off for the night. Came back the next morning and I couldnt win a single game, for a full week I lost almost every single game I played. This made me more or less quit random battles alltogether for a very long time. Two weeks ago or so I joined my old clan again and we played some random battles in division and we had a pretty decent winrate. So eventually I thought to myself Ill try random battles again. Low and behold I won almost all the games I played for a few days. So I decided to buy the Georgia, yes I bought it for money because I was saving coal for Smolensk. This was on sunday. Yesterday and today Ive been home from work because of some illness so Ive been playing some WoWs when Ive been able to. Yesterday I had a 36% winrate and tonight Ive had a 20% winrate so far. That isnt random, that is 100% a pattern. But since you will do everything to support WG, it wouldnt even suprise me if you work for them. Ill prove it to you, Ill play enough battles EVERY day to get my 3 chests, a minimum of 10 battles, in random ships and tiers. And then well see where my winrate is at. Once my winrate has started turning and I start winning a lot again Ill buy a ship, and youll see what happens. If this doesnt follow the pattern that I just told you then I will admit that Im wrong and Ill never speak of it again, that is a promise.

Very random very random. You improve to get worse in this game. Ive never, and I mean ever, not in my first 100 battles have I had a winrate this low. Yet all my stats are going up? Think WG needs to start explaining their bullshittery soon before the intelligent people are going to revolt.

Shokaku. Simply because AP bombs are a bit OP atm and the AA isnt strong enough to not get strikes in.

And so it continues, defeat after defeat after defeat. But Im sure its still completely random isnt it. Go in, all games over 100k damage, some with 4 kills. 4 straight losses in a row, no chance to win. Why the [edited]waste money on this rigged piece of [edited]garbage? This, this WG isnt [edited]random. Give me a [edited]explanation to this or you can go suck a [edited] [edited]

Its possible. I used to think my 58% winrate was very strange when I first started playing. I felt like I won almost every game I played and it felt a bit artificial. I remember thinking I cant possibly be this good. Its almost like its designed to lure you in, with perhaps better RNG, better MM.

There might be some truth to this, however there is a gigantic skillgap in the playerbase where the average player is more or less completely missing from the game. You either have skilled players who knows the basic of the game and can angle properly, dodge torpedoes and expect what the enemy will do next. Then you have even steven who will just y0l0 into a cap and die within the first 3 minutes of the game. There doesnt seem to be anything inbetween that. Infact some of these players are so horrificly bad that you wonder if they are even actual players and not bots.

I wouldnt care if people werent so fixated on WR as a stat. I mean since I always score top on my team when Im losing I still earn good xp and credits. So in that regard it shouldnt matter. But I had a 58% winrate for my first 2000 games and I was really proud of it. People revered me in my clan. Now I think Ill go below 50% winrate if given enough time and games, unless something changes. And Im still learning and improving in the game, I still do better, get more kills, get better xp, get more damage. But I lose more and more and more. It just isnt fair. And Im sure Im not the only one to feel like this, its just that most people who does have quit a long time ago, so the only people we have left are streamers and unicums who only play OP ships in divisions or people who simply dont care, and theyre usually below 50% WR. The thing is, we dont see those people, we only see the loud and vocal ones like me. The people who get equally fed up with it quits and we never see them again, and I have a suspicion there is a lot of them. Might be a big part of why the playerbase is so horrific atm.

Oh Ive known WG drives a psycological moneyscam ever since world of tanks but I havent understood why and what the motives were but I think I get it now. Its unfortunate thou, very unfortunate, as I do love the game. I think its an amazing game and I love it to bits. But the matchmaking is too frustrating and it isnt good for me, not for my health. And I think its so unecessary. I dont understand why they think theyll retain customers when they just make people furious. I know lots of people who simply quit the game because they were convinced the MM was rigged and just stopped playing. Unfortunately Im too stubborn and too inlove with the actual gameplay to just quit. Hell Ive tried but I always come back.

Its impossible to do that. Ive done that and stayed reasonably calm today for about 15 defeats but I finally snapped and smashed my table to pieces. And it doesnt help to walk away and come back in an hour, it doesnt help to come back tomorrow, hell it doesnt help to come back next week. WG has decided that I am not allowed to win games and that is that. The only way I can manage to stay above 50% winrate now is to division up with someone who doesnt spend money on the game, and no it doesnt matter how good he is. Every [edited]time I buy something, be it a ship or premium time, I get instantly put into queues with absolute mongoloids, for days and days and then after a few weeks, usually when my premium time runs out, then, oh then Im allowed to win, then I can hit 70-80% winrate for days but when I renew my account, back to team mongoloid. There is no mathematical possibility that this crap is random, it is such an obvious pattern.

I am hardly a bad player. I had an 87% winrate in the last ranked sprint, overall Ive had a 65% winrate in all ranked seasons and that included when I played bad ships because I had nothing else. I have a 1650 or whatever personal rating. I am a way better than average player. But this isnt random, my winrate keeps dropping and I can hardly manage to stay above 40% from day to day. I have ocassional days when I can get around 60% winrate or so but thats usually only for a day and then Im back to the regular defeats. All my stats are going up, my average damage, average xp, personal rating (despite losing) yet my winrate just keeps dropping and dropping. It takes 4-5 games on average to get a daily win on each ship, even OP ships like Sinop. And this isnt for a day, everyone knows how infamous I am on this forum for constantly complaining at the same thing in every thread, this has been going on pretty much non stop for months and months, it simply doesnt stop.

Its not bad business practice its psycology. If you let someone who doesnt spend money on the game win hes more likely to have fun and spend money on the game. Meanwhile me who has been a loyal customer for years and spend a LOT of money on the game gets shafted in the [edited]on a regular basis. There is no [edited]way it can be this impossibly difficult to win a game. This crap is what it takes for me to win, its the only way, I am ALWAYS on the worse team and there is NO WAY its random, simply no way. And no I didnt have an ounce of fun in that game, I was so extremely [edited]pissed off during the entire game.

Rigged moneyscam is what this is. Every time you buy something you get dropped into a crap matchmaker that wont let you win a single game for weeks.

60% Im trying with tooth and clawls to stay above 40%. Im working so hard, fighting the hardest I can, concentrating until Im sweating. Defeat after defeat after defeat. Sure Ive won a few games but I am always, always, always in the worse team. ALWAYS. I havent had a single crushing win in weeks, not one single. This is a [edited]joke at this point WG. There is no [edited]way this is random, its a scam, a ripoff.

Yea, I also took 28k on a Stalingrad that was camping a corner, took him from half hp to dead in one strike. And thats in a tier 8 CV. God I hope they dont nerf it its hilarious

Ill be honest and say I stopped playing CVs a while back since they seemed to do very poorly, you could barely get an attack in without losing all your planes. Now however I think CVs are finally in a good spot. I dont have issues with them while playing other ships, if youre careful and manouvre and learn how to use sectors etc you can negate a lot of their damage. While at the same time even tier 8 CVs can do very well in tier 10 matches now. Shokaku is borderline overpowered at this point. Honestly the survivability is fine but I wouldnt say no to maybe tone down the AP bomb damage a tad. I shouldnt be able to take 80% of an Ibukis hp in one strike, its too easy and too difficult to dodge.

Right now I do yes. Because its completely killed my motivation to play. I used to play much more. I only play randoms in divisions now, but I focus mainly on ranked, cbs and operations. And no, ranked doesnt behave like that at all, only random battles MM behaves so strangely.

As someone else said the problem doesnt lie in staying at 50-55% winrate. Id also be happy with 50-52% winrate because it would mean that I would be within my skillgap. But here in lies the problem, the WR doesnt behave like that, atleast not for me, or atleast not within the past 4-5 months. When Im playing solo I will have a winrate either below 40% or above 65%. And its not on a day to day basis either. I will be stuck with a very low winrate or a very high winrate for weeks, so my overall WR jumps up and down from 56.0% up to 57% like a jojo. This isnt random behavior, this is a pattern. What the motivations are I dont know, but I would be suprised if it was anything but making people spend money on the game.

Yet a Kurfurst at close range would absolutely wreck a Kremlin 1vs1. Granted I dont have the Kremlin, and granted there are a few things with it I would like to change, but I dont really think the soviet BBs are especially OP. Kremlins sideplating is too thick, its too difficult to pen , it should be easier to punish if mistakes are made. Its AA is also way too powerful, unecessarly powerful. The problem in tier 10 these days isnt Soviet BBs. Its ships like Heny, Yoshino, Azuma, Zao and soon to be Venezia. HE spamming from 20km away preventing anyone from pushing caps and go close. Nope, Montana remains my favorite BB in the game, Republique a close second.

Colorado is definately amoung the top 3 best tier 7 BBs in the game. I even have perma camo on her :) Her guns are WAY more consistent compared to Nagato. Her only downside is her lack of speed. You need to be aware of where you position yourself, althou its something you should be aware of already having played the New Mexico.

For obvious reasons that is not going to work. What prevents you from not researching upgrades just so youll always be top tier. Best solution is to just make stats hidden, in all forms. That or atleast remove winrate and make it a personal stat based on your own performance. Althou that might have the effect of people playing selfishly and not as a team. Doesnt really matter thou since WG wont change it, or care, or even listen. It is what it is and Im convinced its rigged the way it is simply to make money. My losingstreak has been more or less going on for a few months now, so instead Ive just stopped playing random battles outside of 3 man divisions if I can help it. Its just too frustrating.

Statisticly its entirely possible to lose 10 games in a row in a day. Its unlikely but possible. What isnt practically possible thou is for that to continue happening for weeks or even months, despite having very good personal results. I have been thinking about something similar. I think you win more the less money you spend, if you go long periods with not spending any money, or maybe even without premiumtime, or premium time is almost running out youll get into a different MM pool. Often Ive said when Ive had 30 days or so left to never spend a single penny on the game again because Ive been so fed up with the MM, but often enough when Ive only had a few days left Ive had 70%+ winrate for a few days, which makes me renew my premium time. The day after I start losing bad again, and so it goes. I am fully aware that this is hardcore tinfoil hat territory. Unfortunately Ive tried absolutely everything in my power to explain this from my own personal performance. That I camp, farm damage, isnt aggressive enough. Ive tried changing my playstyle, tried being more aggressive to get early kills, tried different classes. Watched streamers play etc to learn. Where as Ive become much more succesful in clanbattles and ranked it still doesnt help in random battles. My team simply fails, they either camp and doesnt go for caps, or they suicide and all die within the first few minutes. So lately I only play randoms in a full 3 man division so that we can carry the teams enough, and still only manage around a 50% WR despite us almost always being top 5.

I dont get good teams 🤔 but its random I suppose. 16% WR in a ship with 150k average damage.... raaaaaandom
