How would you favour this build then?Basics of the survivability might be a good option. Or the only other thing I might change is to get the Consumable Enhancements/Ship Consumables Mod 1/Hydroacoustic Search Mod 1 for getting almost tree minutes or Sonar. Emergency Repair Specialist is cool,but four points is quite a lot i think.

http://shipcomrade.com/captcalc/0100000000101011000011000000000119 That's my build for Anshan-as for the modules I highly recommend the "mlg turrets" at slot 3-anything else is up to your preference.That way taking in account the Expert Marksman you will have a solid 19s (180degree)rotation of the main guns. The build also offers a tad more competitive smoke radius meaning you can hide a teammate or two and of course a extra charge for even more means of harassment. The only other option I believe is viable there might be the Jack of all trades as I don't really value the AFT that much-11.9 is plenty enough. As for the IFHE and DE combo I don't really find it that useful-yes you will be able to pen 28 mm (6mmgain) but generally not a great option as you can get a better utility elsewhere.
